Ulta Beauty reviews
38I purchased an eye cream here that once I got home and opened had half of it missing and completely dried out. It looked like it had been returned and placed back on the shelf. So gross. From now on, I’ll be going to the Prosper or McKinney Ultas.
This was my first time going to this ultra and some of the ladies were helpful.
But this one lady at the register was rude, she had an attitude like she didn’t want to be there. Didn’t greet me, she acted like she just wanted to leave.she just tossed me my money like “okay here you go”
her I think her name was Laurie Marie.
I got these really pretty nail polishes are gold bronze and there was a white and it's a new girl I'll include some pictures here along with the sales girl you got to go meet Sophia she's like way too cool.
Scheduling nightmare. Made an appointment only to show up and be told that my laying devacurl appointment requires "a full hour" and apparently the girl who scheduled it shoved me into a half an hour block. Was simply told to reschedule and sent away. Also, they never asked for my number - they wrote down their caller ID number which apparently was 100% wrong? Go figure. I don't appreciate driving to another town just to be told to leave (and no apologies were provided).
Pretty good selection of hair styling tools and supplies. Clean store for the most part. Their product shelves are not over-stocked so it seems to stay pretty organized. Cosmetic area has a good selection of the name brand items.
They have everything you need to look & smell pretty. They are also really helpful in this store.
This was my first Ulta that I started going to. I had no idea what I was doing (still don't) and the people in there were definitely willing to teach without judgement. Now, even though I live off of Stacy and frequently visit the Fairview Ulta, I still occasionally visit this location because of how familiar to me it is.
Do NOT get your hair colored here. Walter RUINED my beautiful hair. I asked him to darken my blonde hair a little and showed pictures.he died it 5 times before applying baylayage and my hair is now fuschia with blonde streaks.spending 6 hours there. I'm missing patches of my hair too! This is my first bad dye job and I am very sad and disappointed.
About what you would expect from an Ulta, the lines tend to be long however the prices and the friendliness of the staff is top notch
Bri at the brow bar ROCKED my brows! I will definitely go back time and time again. Not to mention, she was very friendly!
My wife bought some make up here that ended up being the wrong color. They let her exchange it with 0 hassles. The people seemed to be friendly and helpful.
This has got to be the worst Ulta I've ever been to. A lot of the makeup that is not marked "tester" is opened and everything is thrown into the display area. I came with a cousin so she could get a haircut and another stylist started yelling at the one working on my cousins hair over some personal buisness. There were at least four other customers around that saw the whole thing. Zahra was the lady working on my cousin and she did a great job! But I will never come back to this Ulta.
Get a perm by the fabulous Tweedy. She has almost two decades of experience and is as sweet as they come. She's their perm specialist among other hair specialties. My hair is thick and long and she took all the time in the world to do a great job. I'll be sending a lot of people to her;) very happy! Thank you Miss Tweedy! ️️
Have been going here for a while now and was always happy with the work. My last hair cut was not done the way I had asked and when I went back to see if they could trim a little more off. (a week or less later) I was told that I would have to pay full price. I will not return ever again.as I think that me being the one to leave a big tip asking for a little fix should not cost me full price.
If you are black you will be completely ignored and not receive assistances in this locate or the Preston locatation at least not by any of the white associates working there.sad
You cannot find an employee to ask a question or help you out with anything. Very frustrating! Also, there are no testers for many products!
As long as you are there to buy beauty products this place is really good.please don't use their salon for hair cuts I had a horrible experience with that.
Have to return for birthday present. Cashiers have to scan 2 different codes so that the customer can Recieve their birthday present. In their systems it should show how many people have a birthday that month so that they do not run out of product. Instead of giving me another sample I was told to come back in 3 days, to probably be told they aren't in Stock yet. Why give out those birthday gifts if you don't have enough to give? Thanks for wasting my time especially on my birthday.
