Staff was unprofessional one of them loudly commented on the nike shorts i was wearing to her other co worker saying she didn’t understand how girls could be in shorts it’s cold.meanwhile it is 70 outside.it’s none of her business what i’m wearing and if you’re gonna talk about someone do it quietly

Good Ulta location in a polished suburban area, and I definitely got what I came there for: no issues with selection nor price. That said, when you come here, have some idea what you're looking for (or specify a budget) because some associates will default to showing you to the higher end/$$ brands and promote it on the spot. Not a problem if your lifestyle allows, but if you're looking to maximize beauty on a budget, be aware of this.

I usually love going into stores to buy makeup but with ulta I’ll never return. No one greets me when I walk in, when I passed by the employees they all pretended they had better things to do and avoided me. The only person that spoke was a manager but only after I was headed out the door and basically trying to see if I was stealing. What a horrible place. DO NOT GO! If you wanna spend money on makeup go to sephora instead.

As much as I love Ulta Beauty and shop there, this particular store has soured on my stomach. The staff members are not helpful at all. If you ask them a question about a product, they give you a very short and dry answer. They take no interest in helping you find what you need, but they will point you in the right direction by saying "oh it's over there. ". Not to mention, I am a woman of color and a few times I have visited this store, I was being followed and spied on like I was about to steal. I am a cardholder (for christ sake), and I don't want anything I can't purchase. I don't experience this type behavior at other Ulta locations. I hate to say it's a race thing, but it's obvious. This store is closer to where I live, but I will purposely drive an extra ten miles to another location. If I wasn't a cardholder it would be Sephora for me (considering it as I type).

Today, I went into the store wanting to buy about 100$. I found the general manager
Elizabeth in conversation with other associates. I expressed that just found this makeup brand and I like it. " her reply okay.you can play with the makeup. No offer to help me.nothing.she then went back engaged in conversation with other co-workes.

When I Confronted her about her and unprofessionalism. She became Extremely rude and dismissive. I really felt that I was racially profiled

Whenever I go to Ulta and need help choosing a hair tool or other product, I can always find a staff member to help me. This store is clean and organized, and it's in a good location.

Fay (Farnaz) is amazing and has been taking care of me for over 3 years. I came in and she brought my hair back to life after I had spent some time with damage. She does great with color and cuts, all of which I change often to keep things current. She even cuts my daughters hair and colors and my mothers hair so she is a stylist for all generations.

11/15/18 7pm Liz a lady with purple hair took care of me and she/he had a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE no just with me with the customer next to me as well. What a shame for the other friendly ladies working there. I will not be back to this store just because you allow someone be so nasty to customers.

Spent 20 mins walking around looking for specific product. ONE out of the 30 some odd women standing around chatting asked if 8 was looking for something. When I told her she pointed across the store and said "it's over there" customer service here is terrible, which surprised me considering how many employees were standing around talking.

I love it when their are a bunch employees working and no one speaks to you, just stare. The ONE time I needed helped because I couldn’t anything and all the items in the colors I needed were out of stock! Best part is there were only 2 other customers in the store.

Ulta has exclusive brands. Kat von d is not carried in this store. It is a sephora exclusive. Ultas that carry Mac and certain brands can be found online. Use your resources.

Bailey cut my hair. She was very patient with me. All I can say is she made me look young n beautiful again. I love d cut.mostly.thank u bailey

Love this place. Could spend hours here. The only downside is I wish they kept more product in stock when it comes to several of the more popular hair product brands. It gets old to go in for a liter of this or a bottle of that only to find that it's out of stock. But the rewards system is great and service is always with a smile. Never an issue with a return or exchange, ever.

Everyone at this store is super nice. And I love Donna from the salon. I recently moved to the area and was so worried about finding a good stylist. I had been going to the Ulta in Lubbock for years, and when my schedule changed, it no longer allowed for me to make the drive home. Well, after reading the reviews about Donna, I booked with Donna. This is visit number 2, and I have to say, I am quite pleased! Plus, she is a truly amazing woman.

Omg I’m not sure about the poor reviews others have posted about this store maybe they went on an off day ‍️ Moved here about a month ago and have had nothing but awesome service from the floor staff helping me color match to checking out. The friendly cashier was so sweet she helped me out by saving money by using points before they expired and shipped a lipstick to my house bc it was out of stock. Definitely be coming back!

I will never spend my money here again. No greet when you walk in and the staff was so rude. Lady who checked me out got an attitude because I didn't want to create an account, then nastily gave me my change without a thank you. Seriously let's get some better customer service going.

I visited the Frisco location to return some products. They were very professional and I was able to return my products with ease and the money was back in my account by the time I got back in my vehicle which was a major plus!
Love their stores they are always very clean and organized and the staff is very knowledgeable about their products

Great store. I was so excited to find out that they are now carrying morphe.the testers are clean and the palettes were so beautiful everyone is super friendly, and they do brows to perfection.the few times I've been the ladies shopping have literally yelled at the employees and I'm 100% sure that nothing is worth going to that extreme.also! I can't stress this enough to my friends and family.the points are just like charming Charlie's.the cashier told me it was kind of like a Kroger card or Costco- it keeps transactions and you won't be able to return without giving the info anyway.if you're buying your staple products, there's absolutely no reason why you shouldn't have one.they always have the free products in the email if you get there asap.

They were amazing today! I was helped by 3 different people of which all were sincere and helpful. They helped me pick out the products that fit what I needed and if they didn’t know they weren’t afraid to ask for another associates help that was more knowledgeable. Great example of building trust with the customer and not trying to just sell brand but actually ensuring my needs were met!

Staff is always rude when I visit this location. They make it very clear that they rather talk to each other than help a customer. They never have the gift with purchase that’s advertised and get an attitude when you ask about it. I’ll go to another location or shop online before I step foot into this store again.
