Congratulations on being consistently the worst store for customer service. I would drive extra miles to avoid the rude people at this location. They act bothered if you ask a question. Worst location I have ever visited!

Do NOT go to Michelle to get your hair done. Angela is fantastic but she's been out on maternity leave. Sent my daughter in for blond highlights w/ a picture and she came out with darker hair than when she went in. The store manager, agreed it was awful and gave us a full refund thankfully. $200. Go back to Great Clips Michelle because you have no business ever working with hair color!

Store is good.regular ULTA kind. The staff is not helpful at all. It's difficult to find things in the store which are displayed online and no one helps finding them.

Made an online appointment for a haircut. When I got there, I was told I didn’t have an appointment because sometimes the online system doesn’t work. I rebooked for one week later. When I arrived for the next appointment, the stylist had just washed another appointment’s hair and proceeded to cut it, After waiting 15 minutes, I walked out. Worst service EVER! Plus - no mention of any compensation for either week. DON’T GO THERE!

My wife sends me and store is not too bad. Staff helps me follow the list I am given. It was a bit enjoyable.

Worst location ever! Been here a few times and customer service was very disappointing even the manager here sucks! I called for a couple of products and was told they had them only to come with a newborn and find out I was lied to and manager did nothing to help or make the situation better. Will never visit here again rather go to the one in lewisville or Preston road. Do not come here for good customer service!
