Great staff, best post office in the area, never too busy.easy parking.and they have the cool stamps when the other place runs out.my prefered post office

My favorite usps location so far, they just need to get free reusable boxes for lager items.
One of the other locations do have em.

The Webster Post Office is the worst post office in Houston. At our business, sometime he shows up and some days he does not. It is unbelievable. I had a small box to be mailed today, and he never bothered to take the very small box (with postage). The really sad thing, this is a business location and counting on mail being delivered on time or picked up on a daily basis is a joke!

My brother attempted to send me something in the mail last week for my birthday. The letter was returned to him saying "not deliverable as addressed", but had the correct address and information listed. Wondering if someone was just too lazy to deliver my mail to me. Lucky the lowest I could rate you was 1 star, because your location blows.

They are open from 8: 00am-4: 00pm. Anyone that works normal hours is completely unable to access this post office. Sounds like they are accommodating the worker not the customer. The 240 W Galveston St, League City, TX 77573 location which is just a few mile away is open from 8: 00am-6: 00pm (& better hours on Saturday)

24 hour lobby and machine is very convenient since the desk is closed by the time I get out of work (the 8-4 hours are terrible, should be open later)

I called asking a bunch of questions since I was mailing wedding invites and the lady who picked up was very friendly and thorough.

My package was delivered to the wrong house, Jackie and Sean help me locate the package and it was returned to my mailbox.

Fast, efficient, friend;y and helpful

i use them all the time and have a po box there.they are efficient when needed, and can have a friendly chat as the busily do work for you.i generally seem to like post offices more than most, but i've never encountered problems here and they've helped me with shipping, signiture and insurance questions quickly and when the hurricaine happened in puerto rico they helped people figuire out the most cost efficient way to send things like batteries and supplies to friends without complaining or acting overwhealmed.some people in line were annoyed, but they gave everyone the help they needed and did the same for the next person.all i ask is people get the assistance they need.if others have to wait but get what they need without being short changed, we should all be willing to give up a little time for that.you guys rock.keep it up

Simple forms are not available and you must stand in line to get something as simple as a certified mail form. Mail carriers crush your mail inside the box on days when ads are delivered.

I sometimes don’t get my Important mail but nonsense ads get to me, how ridiculous is that? The manager on duty never hardly answers the phone and when he does and claims to have the issue looked into.then I still don’t get my important mail? ! They just need to get it together.get me all my mail, my packages and pay attention to the names and addresses on the boxes and on the mail so it doesn’t end up in the wrong boxes. The manager needs to answer the phone and manage.

Had a package that needed a signiture they tried my apt once. And then never came back.thanks to my work hours the package has been sitting there for two weeks and I can't get to it.

I try to contact over than 5 time but nobody answer call, have a phone number = have nothing,
and they show my package delivery in my mail box but where is my package? This is.

It’s always something with my packages. One package I never received at all. Sometimes they will put it in the system as delivered and it would be still at the office. I don’t get anything sent to my Apartment’s unless it coming thu ups. I have been up there numerous times and don’t nobody know anything.

States online and on the phone that they take walk ins for passports. After waiting 10 minutes in line, they said the don't and the person who does the passports is not working today. Also, said that I couldn't make an appointment there.

If you want a passport, go to Galveston County Clerk’s office instead!

I got to the office at 8, knowing that the Passport Office would open at 8: 30. It looked like they were doing a good job of moving people along and getting them to where they needed to be, which is why I want to give a somewhat positive rating.

However, they told me that the woman who processes passport applications was sick. They wouldn’t answer the phone last week so I could make an appointment, and apparently only take same day appointments anyway. So another positive is that they told me where to go, and I appreciated that quite a bit. It’s just annoying that I tried to do due diligence to figure out where to go, only to be turned away because they don’t have a backup person.

After having one package returned to sender without knowing the reason why on the second attempt to receive that package, I found out the vendor didn't print my full address on the line; however, I went in the morning to talk to the post office about it to ensure I would receive it this time. I talked directly with my deliverer, and he later used that conversation to get my package to me.

Horrible service! Stood in line, without any acknowledgment. Not sure why they are being paid, they don't do anything to help customers. Good thing they have the automated system.

Whatever postal person delivers to the baystone apartments is the laziest most disrespectful mail person I have ever had to deal with. Not only has my mail been crammed into my box, but my mother sent an envelope certified mail (asking for a signature) because the last time she sent something they sent it back saying it couldn't be forwarded even though I just moved to this address. Anyways I was home all day that it was supposed to be delivered and no one ever came to my door. The next day in my mailbox I had a message that I needed to pick it up or schedule a redelivery because no one was home! So I reschedule the delivery and once again it doesn't get delivered! All because this overpaid lazy jerk doesn't want to walk or drive back to my apartment to deliver it to me. I don't have access to a vehicle to be able to pick it up so how the heck am I supposed to get my package. And when you try to call hold time is always an hour plus I don't have time to wait on hold for that long! No wonder fedex and UPS are putting the postal service out of work. Just like all the other government jobs they only care about themselves!

I visited during the afternoon on a Friday. The line was short and the service was good. They helped with everything I needed to get me in and out in only a few minutes.

Packages NEVER arrive on time! They always mark it as delivered and we are typically waiting several days after that to receive it. This is a horrible practice and a terrible establishment.
