The worst post office you will ever have the displeasure of visiting. The postmaster argues with everyone he speaks to, he's rude and abrasive. There was a line out the door this morning at 9 AM and NOT ONE PERSON at the counter. MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES AND THE POSTMASTER SAW THE LINE, DID NOTHING! Just kept walking by everyone, didn't even say a word. This place needs new management, or better yet more self help kiosks to do the work they're not willing to do.

Zero stars would be a more appropriate rating of this post office and the way it's run. Packages are constantly being marked as 'delivered' when no attempt is even made to deliver the package. My numerous complaints to the USPS regarding this office have gone nowhere.not a single follow-up from them. I suspect our complaints wind up on the post office manager's desk and they're swiftly swept into the trash. Avoid this post office. File your complaints with the organization that has oversight over the USPS: PRC.gov

Had packages stolen out of our mail box due to their employee forgetting to lock it. Went to report it to the manager on duty (he didn't seem to care) and sent us off in last than 5 minutes. Called all week and the guy that answered was the manager when i came in. Had no interest in helping and just turn us away or in the case kept placing the call on hold. The whole apartment had the same experience and was notified that a different post office had to come lock up the box. If you really don't like your job there then why are you working a job that requires you to interact with people.
