Upper Kirby, Houston TX

The Management (Ed & Marianne) as well as the maintenance and office staff make living here such a blessing! They are hands down the most genuinely kind and helpful staff that go above and beyond every day to make living here amazing. When the winter storm came last week, so many residents were blown away by how the staff was here some nights until 10pm walking the floors to make sure we had power and checking on us, in constant communication providing any help they could, and working overtime to ensure our community was back up and running as fast as possible. Most of all, they did this with the most sincere and loving attitudes.

This apartment complex is well-managed and the staff is dedicated to their residents. On occasion, I have been out of town for business or pleasure and I was able to count on the staff to manage my deliveries and take care of my apartment during natural disasters. For example, a hurricane was passing through and I was unable to move my patio furniture inside because I was out of town. All I had to do was call the front office and the staff moved all my furniture in for me. Moreover, during this Winter Storm they have communicated very effectively with the residents every step of way and have kept us well-informed about how they are/plan to resolving complications on the property (pipes leaking, water damage, power outages, etc). Huge shout out to Ed, the property manager, and his staff for getting us through this storm and always being professional, friendly, and helpful.

It's the best apartment I have been in Houston. Great management. Clean apartment and very good services. I love our manager and staff. I would love to stay here.

Upper Kirby is an amazing apartment complex! It is very safe and they have amazing staff. Thank you Samantha and Chelsea for answering all my questions. Both ladies are incredibly professional and pleasantly helpful!

I’m considering moving back to Houston and decided on Upper Kirby apartments. I was given the tour by Samantha and she was great! She was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient and answered all of my questions about the property (and there were many). The apartments are extremely nice and have all the amenities you would ever need. Thanks for the great experience!

Upper Kirby is seriously a dream. The entire management staff, especially Tyler, has been so incredibly helpful. Tyler made the decision and move-in process so easy - she's literally the reason we decided to move here. We've found our home in UK - the rooms are beautiful, the amenities are great, everything is clean and everyone is so helpful! 10/10 would recommend.

Great place to live near lots of good establishments! Great staff as well. Ulises helped us a lot whenever we needed and everyone else was also very nice. The installations and activities inside the building are also great.

These apartments are amazing. Move-in process was smooth and the staff has been nothing but helpful. Tyler, Samantha, and Ulises have all been so welcoming and patient. Tyler set me up with my new home and I love it. They are responsive, attentive and help you with anything you need.

This review is based solely on our pre-move experience with the office staff, especially Tyler Aguilar, who has been outstanding! We are moving my daughter in next week but I just had to express my gratitude for her excellent service. She has been beyond helpful in selecting an apartment, handling the paperwork and getting through the sign-up process. Great service from experienced professionals is becoming more rare and my daughter and I are both looking forward to her rental experience at Upper Kirby thanks to Tyler!

I’ve been considering moving back to my hometown for a while. Touring with Samantha sealed the deal. Coming from LA where apartment amenities are far and few between, this location was a dream. She discussed the different apartment options as well as the pricing, which was a transparency that I appreciated. If you’re apartment hunting, ask for Samantha!

I came to Upper Kirby to tour an apartment after my recent home fire and Tyler was extremely helpful during the tour process. I had just so happen to come during her first few weeks there so we were skeptical, but she had knowledge as if she had worked there for years. Luckily our home was finished, but we would have definitely secured an apartment with her based off of her personality, charisma and professionalism. If you’re in the market, Tyler will take care of you.

Lived at Upper Kirby for 2 years after relocating to Houston for my career. The complex is great. Nice pool, clean, good gym and numerous resident functions that are a lot of fun. Also, the location is great for anything in the city. Finally the staff is fantastic. In particular the manager Teela Shaw, goes above and beyond to assist residents and make this an awesome place to live! Teela was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout my time at upper kirby.

We are considering moving back into the city. Spent an afternoon with Samantha who showed us around. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. Probably the nicest person we have ever toured luxury apartments with.and we have been to a handful of others. We loved what we saw and all the amenities this property had to offer. Very hopeful!

I was referred to Upper Kirby by my realtor, and hands down the best touring experience! I was needing to move in ASAP, and Tyler Aguilar was beyond helpful, and knowledgeable! Every question or concerned that I had she was very quick to answer and reassure me that I was making the best choice possible in selecting Upper Kirby as my new home. I applied for my apartment with her based off of her charm, amazing personality and over all how professional she was. She made the application process run so smoothly, I did not have to worry about a thing, and if anything was missing she was very quick to let me know! I had been looking for an apartment for awhile before moving into Upper Kirby as it served my needs. I was showed around by Tyler who was amazing. She really helped make my decision easy. Nice units, but a bit pricey. The staff are really welcoming though! Thank you! The tour individual was really meticulous and amiable. His name is Uriel or Ulises, something like that. Whenever my wife and I are financially stable, we wouldn’t mind staying here.

The real treasure about Upper Kirby (beyond the location, price, and amenities) has been the management and staff. I don't think I have ever lived somewhere where I am greeted every time I pass by and asked how my move has been. They are responsive and seem to truly care about our experience here. I look forward to living longer at Upper Kirby.

Nice apartment inside and out. Very friendly management and staffs. Enjoy frequent activities hosted by the office especially food.yummy!
