Upper Kirby, Houston TX

The entire move to Upper Kirby was a 5 star experience. Darienne and Nancy were extremely amazing to work with from the start, and they made the transition into the community seemless. Truly professionals that care about the well being of their residents and future residents. My roomate and I made the right choice in making Upper Kirby our new home. The day we moved in the freight elevator was scheduled and ready for us to use. Outside of the freight elevator which was quick in going thru the floors, there are multiple elevators in the community which made moving a dream. The entire Upper Kirby community is kept immaculantly clean. During the leasing process I stopped by several times, and not once did Upper Kirby look dishelveled or unkept. The Maintenance team is on point here, especially their housekeeper Maria. I am extremely happy to have made this community my new home.

I have lived at this apartment for almost a year. It has been my favorite apartment in Houston. They are very quick to handle any maintenance issues. The social events they have are very fun! The apartments are very spacious and well kept.

The staff is incredibly friendly. They do everything they can to make sure tenants enjoy living at this property. There are fun events like happy hours and dinners throughout each month to meet your neighbors. And, Latoyia, the fitness instructor is guaranteed to get you in shape if you attend her weekly classes. Neighbors are great! Everyone seems to have a good time and I've never had to make a noise complaint

UK's location is perfect, near a lot of restaurants and bars. Renovations to the complex itself happen routinely. If it wasn't for my rent going up again this year, I would stay another 12mo, without hesitation. Been living in this complex for two years now.
