2335 min to get through someone on the phone, and then impossible to book an appointment as new patient
They sent a $23.00 bill to collections that they never even ran through my insurance. I had no idea because they sent the bill too the wrong address.
My wife has been a patient for several years and gone through several doctors as they come and go. There seems to be a fairly high turnover rate. The doctors have always been great however, this year she had the same annual physical as she had in the past. Her insurance has always paid under her "wellness plan". It seems that this year someone improperly coded some of her tests and the insurance company is not paying. When attempting to resolve this issue with USMD she found that her physician has "moved on" and they insist that they need the physician to "modify" her notes to correctly code the services. Now that her physician is gone we are left with a $400 balance. Looking for a different physician.
