Horrible horrible horrible turn around and run away.
I summited an application a week ago and I cannot get anybody in the office to answer the phone, and have not heard back from anyone. I called 3 days after I initially summited my application and Karen assured me she would contact me back, that was a week ago. Just because of that I will not live there. The interesting thing is, that before I left the office upon my initial visit Sharmila asked me if I could give them a good reference.hmmmm

Sharmila is very nice, helping my situation and make me understand where I stuck up Very cool and calm. I love this property. I don't want to move as my manager is helping me a lot Actually I am considering her my friend.when she will leave I will leave too️️️

I would like to say that Mrs. Sharmila has done an awesome job helping me on getting a bigger apartment. She’s been so nice and understanding with all the process. I would like to mention that management has been trying to keep property clean but if rules are not followed how can that happen? Thank you

Water only gets hot in one bathroom which isn’t the master bath, water leaks in daughter restroom from the ceiling. I thought this was a quiet place to live it’s not a lot of loud noise after office people leave, loud music after 12 midnight, the walls are so thin you can hear other residents conversations, a lot of noise early in the morning weekdays and weekends not good for people who sleep late on weekends

Honestly the only issue I have w/ the apts.are the pest. Which are TERRIBLE and out of control. Everything else is great. The community, and the professionalism from the office staff. An when anything breaks down and needs fixing, it would get done w/ 3 days.

I was relocating from Dallas to Houston for a job transfer I was worried reading all the reviews but I knew if I had faith in God everything will be okay the leasing agents and the maintenance staff have been nothing but kind, professionaland hard-working my apartment came with the new carpet a new stove and refrigerator I have no roaches in my apartment and building is pretty quiet the only negative thing I have to say is that yes there is furniture and some trash the residents leave for the maintenance staff to clean up and a lot of residents don't pick up after their dog. I think one of my neighbors smoke marijuana because I can smell it through my vents. They turned the old pool into a dog park.

I am soooo tired of this high a** water bill. #Dear Management. If you see that the high water bills are a big factor for everyone, instead of leaving these rehearsed replies and doing nothing about it, maybe you should try to hear your tenants out and look for a new billing company. I looked online at the reviews of the company that you go with and they are awfully high.maybe you should have stuck with the company that Vanderbilt court used.we have never had water bills this high. Hell my water is higher than my light bill sometimes and thats outrageous. Please please look into this because it really don't make sense to spend almost $100 a month on water/sewer/trash.when we werw paying $40.

The management and people in the leasing office at La Cordoba are the worst! They have came in and made all these changes and not for the better. You have to pay rent online now but they charge you 7.00 to make the pymt. They threaten you with lease violations and evictions over every little thing. And yes the 1 pool that we still have may look very nice but its never open, so whats the point of having it when your family cant even enjoy it. Oh and the water bill is now nearly 100.00 a month. I really wish I was still living at Vanderbilt Court and not La Cordoba

When my boyfriend and i are moved last years in April 19,2017 but i still pregnancy live in apartment it called "studio" dont feel agree for apartment because i could smell from smoke make me so bothered also when my daughter was born in October 2017 i always check it out on my daughter but i didnt comfortable of people are look like so DRAMA and disrespectful on us cause my boyfriend and i are deaf feel like no common sense then i didnt like the place is high crimes look more dangerous for us.

I love the management, nice staff the workout room can be better and the pools but other that I like living here:)

Apartment staff is very unprofessional. I paid my money they accepted it and all of a sudden they have no apartment. One person quoted me the wrong price. They are not business oriented at all and didn't give another option.if you want constant mistakes and them not answering the phone go ahead and move there.

The place was awesome affordable apartment the staff was very friendly and helpful property was clean and not to mention the pool was beautiful I enjoy living here.

This is the last straw. They have yet to have some type of security in these apts. This is the third time someone has been shot in the parking lot, within 2 months. April 1st, Easter Sunday 2018, someone was found shot to death in their vehicle. Police never show their presence in this area until after seriousness happens and it’s to late. The maintenance here sucks. Doesn’t know what he’s doing. They take forever to respond to maintenance request. The pool is dirty and always closed. Not to mention the grounds are full of dog poop. I don’t understand how management allows this. TIME TO GO!

The 700's building is infested with Skunks. They have dug there way under the building and made it there home. Every late night/early morning we wake up to a horrible rotten, burnt rubber smell that lingers in the apartment for days and also on our clothes. My hand smell like skunk from the odor residue being left around the apartment.

Do not move here. These apartments are awful. They lie about your apartment being ready to move in. They do not inspect the apartments after people leave. My bathroom sink was broken, fire dector missing, and lights was not working. They also do not paint the apartments correctly. The parking is horrible. These apartments are not worth the price they give people. The maintenance is extremely slow. I have to go to the leasing more than two times to do an maintenance request.

If your looking for an affordable place to live this is your spot BUT if your also looking for extra pets as well they have it. Rats, Possum and Skunks people, so if your happy smelling like burnt rubber a couple times of the year go right ahead and sign the lease and enjoy.

Such a nice community. The manager Ms. Linda is such a nice lady. She was so helpful and smiling all through. Thanks for been there.

I moved in in June July I noticed a previous water leak that left mildew and mold I've been calling the office they've had the maintenance come take pictures and get nothing has happened I have chronic asthmatic son who just made two I have a 10 year old son who has asthma I have asthma the manager have yet to do anything about it she told me to put in a work order did I told her no because they're not doing anything that could cause us to become very very sick Monday I took my son to the doctor and they gave him five prescriptions for allergies and asthma they gave my other son to prescription if this isn't resolved soon I will be calling the news or whatever to come out if you want your rent on time I want maintenance done on time it shouldn't be no reason why maintenance isn't getting done in a proper manner when the complex is really really small
