Vanderbilt Court Apartments, Houston TX

Good place to live the only problems i have are that there are so many trees and the pools are rarely open only during summer break
The problem i have with the trees are that my kid got hia drone stuck in a tree and they wouldnt help him

I'm currently been Living here for going on 3 years now and i can say i am satisfied with my living conditions. These apartments have good maintenance service and will get things fixed in a jiffy. The office women are very respectable and professional. The pool is awesome and also delivers a great view in the middle of the complex. Very nice structure and design and is a very nice and safe place to be living. I can say i am enjoying my stay at the Vanderbilt Court apartments.

I live here for over 7 Yrs and we have had 5 property manager but this property manager Patricia and her staff are so nice, kind and awesome. They always help me out in so many ways. Anytime I need something to be fixed, maint. Are pretty much always on time to help. Kudos to Patricia, thanks for making this Apt a place to live and Lupe, OMG so funny. Keep on with the great job. This Apt it's a wonderful place to live!

This place only gets one star because I had to put it. If you are a single female or even a slightly attractive female RUN this place is full of perverts and men who will act as if they never seen a woman before and go out of there way to make you feel uncomfortable. Don't even get me started on all the mattresses and couches and trash that are left EVERYWHERE the pool is still dirty as hell they didn't even take the time to clean the bottom of it after they left the pool green for the 6months it was left. Technically I don't even think the pool is still open people are just so fed up on waiting on a company who does not give a damn about its residents that they just started jumping the fence and getting in any way. The other day we came home to letter saying that if your dog uses the restroom and you don't pick it up they'll evict you. That's comical because you cant evict someone for that off the first offense and if they want people to pick up after their pets then maybe they should have actual bags at the dog waste stations instead of saying they do when they really don't. My point in all of this is that this property is trash, drug dealers ever where (who aren't scared to be seen), weird ass men who make you so uncomfortable to even go to your car, crack heads walking around, gates always broken, trash and furniture everywhere. If you move here do it to save up for a year an then dip and make sure you have a weapon at all time. Maintenance is good at fixing work orders and the apartments are cheap as hell but that's the only thing I give good credit but you definatley get what you pay for you. RUN, RUN, RUN

Best Apartments since i have been in houston, the staff is very friendly and there anytime i need them.everything is well kept and anytime there is a problem someone is there to fix it in a flash -princess

Worst apartment i have ever been, mainatnce takes a long time to get things done, the pool is disgusting, and the leasing office has the worst customer service ever. Don't ever think of living here

I can't believe how amazing this property management group is. I was down to the wire in needing to find a new place as my condo was being sold. These ladies did everything in their power to help me get into my new home. This is exactly the style of home that I was wanting. They worked with me and we moved in in March. I am very pleased with the help and attention they paid to me and my situation. We love our Home. Thank you so much Lupe, Myrna and Tricia.

I am a current resident here. I have been living here for 2 years we've had 3 managers in the pass year and the only one that I have seen making a difference is our current one. The new staff is really nice I personally have not had any issues with them, when I have a question or need help from maintenance they've helped me. Keep up the good work guys.

They have good prices and appliances are up to date. There isn't much parking and I have spotted a skunk around the trash can.

I was very impressed with the staff and the townhouse that I showed to one of my clients. The beautiful pool areas and reasonably priced.

Went to vanderbilt court looking for an apartment with my realtor we was amazed how the surrounding of the property was clean, an the apartment rhat waa showed to us was beauirful, the staff was very helpful an professionals.in glad to be a future resident at vanderbilt court, yes i will refer friends, an family to rent from vanderbilt court!
