VCA Spring Branch Animal Hospital, Houston TX

I just decided to switch veterinarian, no way I'm coming back there, staff are cold and impolite, specially through the phone, they treat you like they are doing you a favor for treating your pet, but when it comes to charge you they are really good at it, so good bye for good!

Our dogs were attacked by a dog off its leash. One was very hurt and we brought it in immediately. Dr. Dagher told us to bring in our larger dog when we came back for a checkup. We thought the bigger dog was ok, but Dr. Dagher caught her infection before it was too bad. They obviously care for the animals and Dr. Dagher is great with them.

This place is GREAT! Staff is friendly and really care. We couldn't have asked for better care. Even with full effort provided, we still lost our puppy due to parvo.

Best vet in town. Full services provided by friendly, experienced and caring doctors and staff. The only place we trust to take our dogs and cats.

This place has always been good to my dogs. They have good vets and the staff is nice. Very clean and they're basically in a brand new facility.

Only reason it's not 5 stars is because of wait times. It often takes longer than you'd think. But overall, we don't have any issues and have been going here since like 2009.

Kinda pricey but it's definitely worth it. When I'm here I honestly feel their top priority is my pet and not my money, which I really appreciate.

I had a short visit today and thankfully every was very kind and compassionate. I left without my cat, and they handled everything very humanely with me and her.

Been going since we adopted strays. Doctors and staff are friendly and qualified. Recommend them highly

Dr. McConaughey is a wonderful vet, kind and caring. She has been my cats vet for many years now and I won't go anywhere else.

This is a good pet hospital. The staff is very friendly and the doctors are very thorough! Dr. Hudspeth actually called a few days after our visit to check on our dog. I called to make a follow up appointment and get some refills and the new vet Dr. Sweiss actually called me herself (Dr. Hudspeth left the practice) to discuss further treatment. The only issue is right now there is a lot of construction in front of their office so go during the day so you can see the little corner of the driveway the city left them to use.

I've been taking my dog here since I got her 3 years ago and the staff have always been very kind and helpful. They've recently remodeled and the new building is very nice and clean. My dog isn't the best with the vet, and they've let us just walk in and sit in the patient room for a while to try to acclimate her to being at the vet. Dr. Woodard and Dr. McConaughey have always come and let me know results of the visit in person and walked me through everything that they did.

This place is all about the money. I'm a senior on a fixed income. Called to get price for my kitten to be spayed. After quoting $148.00, which did not even include spaying charge yet, I hung up.

Dr. TERY is so loving caring and optimistic veterinerian you can find. She was so commited with our beloved cat with leukemia and did all the research in order to keep him healthy

Took my dog in and waited for 45 minutes to see the vet. What is the point of making an appointment. After waiting 30 minutes I asked why was it taking so long, she said let me check. Nobody updated me about the status until I asked. After seeing the vet they charged me the full price I was thinking I would get a discount due to the long wait. I only waited because I like the vet. Most importantly I didn't get an apology.

We had to put our beloved pet down and they were very sympathetic to our sorrow and we would recommend them to everyone.

People are so nice here. They seemed like they really cared. They treated my cats well and I've been bring various pets to them for years.

They were able to see my cockatiel the same day I called to make an appointment. Everyone was so kind to me and my bird. I love how gentle they were with her and the time they took with us both.

I have taken my puppies here since I first got them and only place I take them wouldnt change it for anything plus Olga always takes care of us!
