The formal part of the purchase was simple and the delivery of the pickup was an awesome part of the purchase. I will look to Vernon Auto Group for future purchases for sure

In this time of vehicle shortage, these guys decided to sell over msrp, I wanted to deal with my old home town ford lot, but I won't buy from people who take advantage of situations to line their pockets.instead I bought from the Ford house in wichita falls, who sold at msrp

Do not purchase the extended warranty they offer for Warranty Solutions. They are difficult to deal with and slow to get repairs authorized. Also, stay away from F-150s for sure. Too many mechanical issues that Ford will not correct.

Made my first new truck purchase with Vernon Auto Group, Sales team was very knowledgeable and understanding. Had the exact Ram dually i was looking for. No BS extra fees or additional fees added to the price of the truck. Only negative has the wait time to get my truck but being in the car business i know about the computer chip shortage so i was very patient. Will for sure be buying more cars and trucks from this dealership highly recommend for online vehicle purchasing.

Terrible experience! Do not sell your vehicle to them! We drove 5 1/2 hours to trade our vehicle and they lowered the agreed amount by $1000.00 claiming tire wear! Sorry! We drive our trucks!

Horrible customer service. Bought several vehicles and they have messed up the paperwork every time including sending my paperwork to another customer and his to me. DL numbers and social security numbers were in that paperwork. Dealt with two if the guys there and not much has changed rude rude rude!

Bad customer service, bought a truck and add tire warranty, I been trying to get new tires and they just keep redirecting to different departments where they have no clue what's going on i was on hold for about an hour and no problem was resolved

Saw the car on line. I sent an inquiry and the next morning Steve was on the phone working a deal with me. Great communication and very easy deal. Ended up getting the vehicle and got a great deal for my trade In. Definitely will recommend these guys to anyone. Thank y’all!

Derek was a good person to deal with. He was knowledgeable and polite even under fire. I would deal with him again. Anymore, it seems to only take a few minutes to buy or trade, but then most of the day to finalize all the paperwork. I think this is probably due to the number of sales being made on-line. This is the 2nd vehicle I have bought in the last two years from this group and will give them first chance next time I trade.

I've been in customer service for 12 years so I know how a customer should be treated. Nick helped me greatly and was not pushy and was very knowledgeable. I use to hate the whole process of getting a new vehicle but Nick made it very easy for me and answered any question I had graciously. I love my new vehicle and will definitely come back to the Vernon Auto Group in the future.

They called me few times during my office hours and I couldn't respond. They sent me a note stating that the car was sold. But the car wasn't sold and is still listed on ebay and their site and other sites as of may 14th.

Avoid doing business if possible. At first I really was glad at the vast options of trucks they had, but after spending an entire day for just the paperwork, being told certain options were impossible, waiting a full year for a registration issue to be fixed (Fixed yesterday finally), and then being lied to (was told would buy it back for $43,000 without any trades and then when I got there being told that that option wasn't remotely possible). Do yourself a favor and look else where.
