This is the wave of the future. It has all the personal attention from (salesman) Jr.but a smooth jet stream finish. I was so worried because the last 2 Fords were bought from a salesman that is a friend of my husband and this was all new to me. I called and set up an appointment and it was - all great. Any Senior Citizen, will not be disappointed. In 43 years station wagons, vans, trucks, and cars (last 3 from Vernon Ford), this was easy and most pleasant. Thank you Jr.and team.

Most pleasant purchasing experience ever! Felt just like buying from an individual. Price was clear, and competitive, and the truck was in as good of shape as it appeared to be online! Ho hassle, no games, just pure down to business! Will be coming back for my next truck in a few years.

They are ripping people off. They did a quote on my trade at $24000 for a 2016 ram diesel 4x4 quad cab with 80k miles in perfect condition and clean tittle. Nada is $34000 for rough trade in.
They had my vin number so they knew what truck I had. Kept calling me at work when I requested to only be contacted through email. I would love to give these jokers a zero.

It's not illegal here in Arkansas, and it's not illegal to have in Texas. A dealer cannot sale one with Def delete in Texas. But like I told the salesman. I would have it all plugged in and working like it should before I brought it there. His reply, that's no problem. If you own a dealership. It's something that can be done in an hour. And that's supposed to be worth $10000? What a joke.
Play the victim game all you want. Tell your boss whatever he wants to hear.
Truth is, you're trying to rip people off on their trades. That truck would bring over 30k at any auction, delete or not.

The staff at Vernon are top shelf. They know customer service, which we do not have in Carlsbad. Definitely worth the drive. Steve Ybarra was easy to work with. Honesty and integrity are very important to me when it comes to buying a vehicle. I found a new way to purchase! Everything on the website was spot on when we looked at the truck. At the beginning of the year I began searching for a very particular 2017/2018 Ford F350 which for the most part did not exist; Vernon did have some that came close but I wasn't going to drive the seven hours from New Mexico for something close to what I wanted and the reality of having to order a truck was become inevitable. Having family members who have bought from Vernon before made it a no brainer on who I was going to deal with; especially with their unbeatable pricing. Finally, I called and was connected with Morgan Chavez; from the get go, he was fantastic. Before we ordered a vehicle he searched for one but couldn't find one either. Having never ordered a new vehicle from Ford, Morgan told me what they needed from me and would get me a quote. I had the build quote before the end of the day and within a few days I pulled the trigger and ordered my truck after both Morgan and Cassie had confirmed that the build sheet was correct.
My truck came in on a Thursday morning and Morgan was already calling me and sending me pictures before they could even put the hub caps on. After a "short" conversation we were already rolling on getting the paper work taken care of. Since Vernon was also doing the spray in bed liner I was a bit hesitant to get my hopes up about being able to make the trip from New Mexico to get the truck since I was concerned it wouldn't be ready by that Saturday. Morgan ensured me they would have it ready by the time I got there. He wasn't lying. We had planned on me coming into the dealership around 3 to give the accessories guys some time to do the liner. However, plans changed and I was going to get there around 1. While I was traveling to Vernon, Morgan kept in contact with me throughout the day and made sure that everything would be ready the moment I arrived. Once I arrived, the rest of the buying process was just as simple as the beginning. I came in signed the paperwork while they detailed the truck and was heading back to New Mexico in my brand new truck without any of the typical dealer waiting times. After buying my first new vehicle from Vernon Auto Group I will never go to a traditional dealership again and waste an entire day. Next time, Morgan will be my first and only call.

My husband and I have used this business several times and have been very pleased with each transaction... Until now. We purchased a truck from them in October of 2017. The truck is great but did not come with a key fob. We drove away with the promise of one being made and sent to us. It is now April of 2018 and we still have no key fob for our truck. Each time we have called we have gotten different excuses, or they need different information or they don’t return calls as they promise. We could have tolerated a REASONABLE delay but not 6 months with poor follow through.
