Villa Del Mar Apartments, Arlington TX

Retired from military and lived in many apartment complexes. This is the best! Staff, maintenance, environment, all excellent. Everyone is super friendly and work to address any issues that may come up.

Not very happy living here. I am eager to move once I find something better.
Water is shut off multiple times a week to “fix a pipe”. Unfortunately, whoever comes to fix it isn’t doing it right because this happens multiple times.

They offer no credit or anything for cutting off hot water tenants pay to have and use. I say this is an issue because some people work odd hours and a shower is nice after a long shift.

Plugs are bad in the apartment, usually only one will work on the two plug outlets.

Water pressure for hot hater is below expectation. You’ll have to turn the knobs every which way before the hot water trickles out. The cold water will come out fast.
Power goes out over the summer seasons leaving you with no ac/ no fan.

The gate is broken half the time and they do nothing to enforce or penalize people who drive in the exit gate.
The dog park is more like a mud pit, it’s not something I’d recommend if you have a dog.

The good thing is, is that it’s close to Kroger or Walmart for grocery shopping.

Such a great apartment! Awesome staff, really pretty apartments, nice grounds, and great location. Proud to be a member of this community!

Villa del Mar has been great to me. Any time I had problems they was fixed immediately. Always polite and courteous!
