Visible Changes (inside The Woodlands Mall)

Cant get anyone to answer the phone goes to vm and hangs up, this is during business hours. I'm trying to find out if Tanya has returned to work so I can set an appointment

I scheduled an appointment for 9am, only to find out they don’t even open until 10! Very unprofessional and a waste of time. Will not come back.

I’m super mad this ladies in the front our very unprofessional! I have in appointment for my daughter last week they call me to cancel her appointment last minute! Not a problem I schedule for another day and because I’m running 15 min, late she said she can’t take my daughter! Never coming back again!

I always come here because of Stephanie. She's great with hair, super friendly, and extremely nice and down to earth. I reccomend going to see her at this location!

My hair stylist was Leah, and she did an amazing job. She fixed what Walmart screwed up! Go there and ask for Leah

I love my colorist. She always delivers, but to pay $200+ tip and leave with wet matted hair is not a positive experience.at all. Then to be hung up on when letting management know of your disappointment is just terrible.

When i come to visible changes in the Woodlands, I always ask for Jessica and i never have too wait longer than 10 minutes. I come in looking a hot mess in this Houston humidity. When i leave i look and feel like a movie star ready for her first film.

Horrible hair color, left under dryer check on once and she never came back at all to see have it turn out. I paid 155 for a horrible color and the cut job was no better. First time and last. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I love this location. Especially my girl SYD! She’s amazing! She knows exactly what she is doing and Is always great to talk to while I’m getting my hair cut. She goes out of her way to shampoo my hair as well and always uses this great minty shampoo with a hot towel.omg. I feel so relaxed whenever she does this. Sometimes I even take a little nap lol she really is the best I highly recommended her services!

Terrible customer service, whoever answers the phones is completely rude and unfriendly every time I make an appointment, and this time hung up on me. I wouldn’t think it would be that hard to answer phone calls all day, you have one job, if you simply can’t handle that then be a shampoo girl.

My haircut was great but receptionists were extremely rude, seemed bothered by the fact that I would even bring my business there. A few bad apples can spoil the whole bunch.

I’ve been very hesitant to post a review because I’m very selfish with my stylist but I thought it was only fair after getting another AMAZING CUT FROM YANY! The girls at the front desk either don’t care or don’t know how to function as normal humans but it’s totally worth it to get a cut by such an amazing stylist! I went to 2 other women before I met yany and I will definitely be staying with him! I have a longer bob and it couldn’t look more perfect also he is super funny and great to talk with which makes everything even better! (:

Quite a few complaints on here and justifiably so. Been a Visible Changes customer for 20+ years and have found the receptionists at both Willowbrook and Woodlands to be rude and aloof. This is an ongoing thing. But the stylists are great. I believe if it weren't for the stylists, Visible Changes wouldn't be in business. Who wants to be greeted with a bad attitude

I'm really sad to see this place become what it has. I've been coming to this salon since the 1990s, and for decades it was a consistently great establishment. Unfortunately, my visits over the past year have proven this place is in decline. This used to be an amazing place, but I definitely will not be returning. The receptionist desk is where you'll be rudely spoken to for bothering them with your presence, the hairstylists vary in skill but whereas before there were numerous stylists that were highly skilled, now it staffs many stylists who have trouble with the most basic of haircut requests. Most of the employees gather around the receptionist circle desk to gossip about the guests and other coworkers. Don't waste your time or your money on this establishment of unprofessional and disrespectful staff.

I had so much go on while I was here. To explain it all I might as well write a book. So in short, I wanted to get my hair highlighted and trimmed.
I called and was quoted $105
My hair was not at all the color I wanted. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and I basically got the opposite. I don't know how our communication was that off.
The girl who trimmed my hair was trying to sell me products the whole time. She proudly told me how she was awarded for selling so many hair products. Which if that's what your supposed to do. Then that's cool, I just don't want to be pressured to buy your products when I'm trying to relax at the salon. It was not relaxing.
I was given so many excuses for why my hair was colored the way it was instead of what I asked for.
When I went to the front desk to and pay and the girl told me my total was $167. I was in shock. I told her how I was told it was going to be about $105 and she said that the color is $80 and color in between is $20 which would be $100. Then she added, "oh and hair cuts START at $35. So I'm being charged $67 for a trim! Insane. I was very upset.
I did have to make a second appointment to get my hair fixed and as much as I didn't want to do it, I paid so much I wanted it to at least be what I wanted. That's a whole other series of events.
Oh and the girl at the front desk.it has to be the same one who everyone talks about in other reviews. Such a B***h! I mean Omg, she has such a horrible disgusted look on her face as soon as she looks at you. Rolling her eyes and so sarcastic! Worst customer service I've ever seen in my entire life! I could get over every bad thing that happened with my appointment, but I can't get over what a snobby rude B this girl is and how unwelcoming she is. I will never understand how she has this job with that attitude. Then again I didn't necessarily get a warm and fuzzy vibe from any of the upper management who were hovering around the front desk just chit chatting around where the customers check in. It was like a group of high school mean girls. Very unprofessional.
What I will say is the colorists who worked with my hair were very nice and I actually really loved them. Very sweet and genuine. Along with the woman who blow dried my hair when I came In to get my hair fixed. She was lovely.

I havent been to the mall for a haircut in years and due to scheduling issues elsewhere I chose to try a mall salon again. Visible Changes has a good reputation and available appointments so I booked with Jordan. I love my haircut and am very impressed by her - she was patient when discussing what I wanted to look like, she was cordially friendly during the service, and she was very professional. I will be referring her and going back myself in two weeks. Great job Jordan!

I was there today and Alyssa was amazing with service and hair dye.unfortunately everything declined fairly quickly when I went to the receptionist desk to pay! I was shocked at this immature and unprofessional “girl”. Her gold chain necklace says her name is Mariela. She rolled her eyes at me and had a horrible attitude with me in front of my 9 year old son! She rudely placed a cup of pens in front of me as she rolled her eyes only because I asked if I could have a pen! She looked me up and down as though she wanted to fight! So much so, that I flat out said “WHY are you so rude!? ” And she continued on with the nasty attitude but luckily the manager walked up behind her, Mark. I asked mark if he was the Mgr and he said yes and I informed him in front of her, about how rude she was and that I was extremely appalled. I was even choked up with words just trying to express myself! At that point she escalated and mark literally had to grab her by the arm and pull her away as he apologized. She basically was ready to fight! I will NEVER return to this establishment until this childish -GHETTO person is gone! I’m pretty certain that the review prior, is referencing the same rude employee. I will be writing to corporate!
