Visible Changes (inside The Woodlands Mall)

2 days ago I was at woodlands location and they did a highlight.the colors of the highlights don't match at all.part of the hair is much brighter than other parts.the color of my hair is very bad.especially outside in the sunlight.when I left the salon my hair was very wet because they told me there is nobody to drye it for me.the next day I went to talk to the manager to see if they can fix it.they wanted to charge me more money to remove the highlight and color over it. I told the manager i'm not going to pay a dime more because I already paid a lot of money.terrible salon I will never go back again!

We called the number provided by you and you told us to go back to the salon.i told you i already did that and they didn't help me.so nothing happened and the problem is not resolved. You only replied to show people that you care and want to help but that truth is that you do not do anything.

Horrible company all together! Went in The Woodlands location for haircut with naturally curly hair and not only was over charged but received a botched haircut. Stylist was rude, front desk staff did not know how to handle a customer complaint so now I have been dealing with the corporate office for over a month now just to receive a full refund. I am not one to complain, however it seems as if the lack of customer service stems from the office that should hold the highest of standards for where customer service should start. Desk staff at corporate office very rude and will cut you off if you dare to explain your expectation of a call back. Hung up on by corporate office receptionist because I expressed that I would like a call back by end of day and for asking her name. Receptionist at corporate office refused to give her first name (I docuement everyone I talk to), places me on hold and hung up. How unprofessional! Would not recommend any service (after being a customer for many years) from a company who has no regard for their paying customers. Beyond disappointed to say the least.

Got an appointment on the phone and the lady sounded ok not nice. Come in at reception and the lady is not nice, she doesn't even smile. Which she doesn't need to as long as she gives good customer service but she spoke to you like she was annoyed by you which I don't appreciate. Never coming here again canceled my appointment.

Prices are too high. Way too high. Stylists still expecting tips when you can imagine 75+ for a color. 10min to 1 hour? Seriously? I went and my appointment was at 2, didn't leave until 4: 30. Also wasn't taken care of until 2: 15. Had another appointment at 2 to fix it. Wasn't taken care of until 2: 15 again. Left around 3: 30/3: 15ish. One girl at the receptionist desk has a very large attitude. The girls at the desk were making an exchange and a purchase way more difficult than it had to be. With a small trim (side bangs, subtle layers, and take off dead ends), and an allover color 112 (before tip and purchase of products they try to get you to buy). I wouldn't consider my hair necessarily long either. Past my shoulders for sure.
I will not be returning because the prices are too high. I'll figure out how to do my own hair.

Probably one of the best managed businesses in town. Open late and on weekends. Always quality product and consistent.

After two years without a haircut, I decided it was time but I was still so nervous. Leah made all of that go away. She did a fabulous job and was descriptive on why she was doing this or that. She really cares about making sure you have the best experience and the best hair. Highly recommend.

Update! Yani you really knocked it out of the park on my latest cut. LOVE IT. Yani is the guy to see.

I always see Yani and he does a great job. I enjoy visiting with him while he makes my hair look great!

Very rude receptionists. The manager Mark basically not helpful at all. I was three minutes late for my appointment, I called them, let them know I will be a couple of minutes late, when I got to the salon, they did not care and gave my appointment space to someone else. Horrible Customer service. I Won't come back here again.

I love this place and highly recommend Jordan! I have been going to her for a little over a year now and she's great! She makes you really comfortable and it's as if you're talking to an old friend!

Been here a couple of times and each time it is more pleasant. Both Sabrina and Karen have been jolly, helpful, and well mannered. This store gets more and more welcoming after every visit. I highly recommend this salon. For the guys that are skeptical, ask for Elsy she does great Men haircuts. Overall, the best quality and service in town.

It was freezing and all anyone could do was yea, yea, yea we know. I went in for a cut and blow out. Been two years, well probably be two more, if I go again. Not a pleasant experience.

It has been almost a month since Jessica smoothed (treatment) and cut my hair, and I am still getting compliments! Between that and the lovely job on my highlights that Rhonda did, plus how Angie and Stephen convinced me to take my hair to the next level.let's just say that I am over the moon! These stylists are all so talented. The best part is- they are all so genuinely nice. I left the salon feeling fabulous, and still do!

I love this professional salon from their receptionists to their stylists. Every time I go Leah L.cuts my hair and I'm happier with it each time I go. I get the option to just chill for a bit and look better after. I leave this place with a smile on my face everytime.
