33This pharmacy staff at this Walgreens is not organized. I called and showed up three times needing to get a flu shot. Each time they had some sort of issue and shortage. The staff was rude and short. Definitely don’t recommend visiting this pharmacy.
I usually have a good experience at this Walgreens but this morning, the Asian woman at the register was extremely rude and annoyed when I asked for a price check. She did not want to price check my items until I went to another employee who asked her to do it. She was clearly annoyed by a basic request and should probably not be working at the register where customers will have questions about products.
It clearly says they closed at 12. I got there at 11: 30 and they didn't let me in doors were locked already. 30 mins earlier.bad service
Five stars are for photo department and their employee Darius. He is an exceptional person, great personality and knows his job very well. Walgreens is extremely fortunate to have him.
Called in script on 7th was told they had it. Get there on the 8th they no longer have it. Possibly worst pharmacy in the area and that's saying a lot. If you don't know your inventory, how can you serve you customers.

I called the pharmacy and was placed on hold 3 minutes til the phone started ringing, it ringed at least 14 times than disconnected. How can you be a business and not answer your phone for customers. Not to mentioned my meds was faxed and still wasn’t ready when I got there and told there is a 20 minute wait.
Very bad customer service. Their LADY manager is very rude. They make up their own rules for coupons. Do not shop there, Everything that you have read on their reviews is true.
Staff is nice but could be more helpful. The pharmacy techs could use more customer service training. Generally a decent place for usual drug store stuff.
Courteous staff that is willing to help you find what you are looking for. Pharmacy staff will also help.
Worst pharmacy ever. Every time I come here it takes at minimum 40 minutes. I'm switching pharmacys immediately.
It’s amazing to me that this pharmacy hasn’t gotten a better management team, expect long waits even if there is only a few people in line. I got a prescription of cough medicine that contained codiene, they went to ring me up and the name was the same but no other information was. They called the manager over to do an override which they then billed someone else’s insurance and I had to pay a copay which my insurance did not I need the medicine so I did the transaction. I had to go back and get them to get the information right and refund my money. They have regular cashiers working in the back handling medication that customers receive. I do not use this pharmacy anymore because I don’t have an hour to wait every time I need a prescription. I started using the Walgreens in pearland and the longest I’ve ever waited there was 10 minutes with a line of people.
Worst customer service ever in store and the slowest pharmacy service they need to step up Walgreens need take action
If I could give them a zero u would. They are extremely rude at the pharmacy and act as if they have better things to do than their job. They have lost my prescription more than once

I think the staff tries, but they just take soooo long! I was in the drive thru one hour, then after waiting for so long, i just walked inside only to wait another 45 min. Its really bad!
Can't find my kid name on the insurance. Didn't call me and tell me that, after 3hr I show up they still not ready. Head to the CVS down the street in and out.
Customer service is very poor, drive thru pharmacy extremely poor. They need a better manager. That will fix this problem. Yup!
