Walgreens, Houston TX

I called and a lady answered and she said hello I said I need to see if my prescription for (may name) is filled yet. She hung up on me. I called back and a nicer lady picked up and she was very very helpful I should have got her name I should've got both of their names the first lady didn't even give me a chance to talk she hung up on me and it was like right away like very unprofessional and rude

This pharmacy takes forever. I hate it inside and drive thru its ridiculous. No joke over 45 minutes. They need to get more assistance asap. Horrible! !

Longest time I have ever waited for a prescription. I waited for an hour in the drive through lane from 7-8pm. They said my prescription would be ready at 530pm.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. TERRIBLE service. HORRIBLE line. I have been waiting in the pharmacy line for an hour. I should be the next one attended and they told me to wait 30 minutes ago. FIX YOUR QUALITY OF SERVICE WALGREENS.

My complaint is that the beauty lady Asian lady is somewhat racist, I have touched the payment with her and delivered 2 coupons for a product tells me that it is one for the day and that if the bowl and that things can not go free.and I'm fine. But when they pay other people, they get up to 10 coupons and take their purchase for free. Ever since she got dressed in her store she is like that.

This is without a doubt the worst Walgreens, customer service wise, that I have ever been to. The staff is rude, unhelpful and the pharmacy staff will flat out claim things that are both incorrect and illegal to claim. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

It's always an issue when it comes time to pick up my medication. I receive text alerts when my prescription is ready and when I arrive I always have to wait because it's not ready. I'm gonna go to another location because it's clearly some issues with the staff.

This is very very bad Walgreens pharmacy.super slow and unprofessional.too bad for managers who run this store

I have waited at the pharmacy for 45 minutes just for them to tell me my prescription was not actually ready (even though I received notification that it was earlier the same day).

Slowest pharmacy on the planet. No joke! Not sure why I even fill here. 10 ppl in pharmacy line. Only one person checking out. Check out in the front is just as bad.

I'm giving this a negative start because I was just in there and i had filled partial of my medicine and I told them.i would come back on Saturday the Hispanic pharmacy with glass and short hair was very rude she screamed really loud saying she wasn't going to fill my prescription until next month because the other pharmacy said she should've filled it at all. She said that was my fault very rude lady

Awful pharmacy. Just awful. First I go in on Friday after my doctors appointment. They never called all day so I went in the evening, they said they'd have my medicine in on Monday, that it was out of stock. Go in on Monday, this time they actually called, they say it's discontinued (which is a lie.) So I have them call my doctors office and they say once again they're out of stock to switch it to the Walgreens in Pasadena. They're unprofessional and lazy.

This pharmacy is the worst and it's Always an Inconvenience when i go there! They always have problems filling my prescriptions when there shouldn't be a dam problem
