Walmart Supercenter, Stafford TX

Not enough cashiers for the amount of customers. Never find anyone to help on the floor and when you do, they don't speak English.

I am high risk individual and I usually do pick first thing in the morning. I've got a couple of Walmart gift cards that i cannot use on the app cause it states that this store won't allow me. I've got to go inside. Why is that?

Stafford outlet. Staffs are always helpful, i felt nowadays maybe you are not refilling the stock. Especially in PS5 game and I mever get Thin Crust frozen Pizza of Great Value. Rest all Good.

Just about the worst customer service for a walmart that I've been to. And I've been to a lot. Port lavaca walmart is similar. They need some major customer service training!

I love going to this Walmart always fresh stock available and the the associat are always there to answer your questions good job guys

Came here looking for an item that they told me they had many more and i get there and ghey have been out for days. I was disappointed and the guy in electronics seemed annoyed when people were asking for help getting stuff out of the locked cases. Luckily i stopped at another walmart that didnt have any i found exactly what i was looking for.

I didn't like the way the Hispanic lady that worked the cash money place act like my husband was some kind of criminal she put a hold on $25 that he was picking up that his sister sent him. When we ask to see a manager she said she's the only one that works in that department. The manager that my husband and talk with acted like he didn't know how to do his job.

Walmart in Safford looks great since it has been completely renovated and organized inside. I like going to this Walmart again

The auto center is terrible here. There are always have new people writing up the service and they don’t know what they are doing.

I am at the tire center right now— I have tried 2 other Walmart locations in the last month to get a slow leak repaired but both were rude people and a 3hr+ wait. At this location everyone is SUPER friendly, fast, and competent!

It's normally really busy at this particular location regardless of what time of day you go. I, however, was pleased to have a trip with smooth sailing last night. The employees on the shift last night were super helpful too since I sprained my ankle and had to use a motorcart.

This place is nasty checkers don't know how to count. All save places for friends. And use all the up front parking.

I waited in line on Thanksgiving Night for 4 hrs and was then told that they still had appointments available in the morning at 8: 00 am the next morning. They gave me an appointment the next day for 6: 00pm. I made my appointment to be told that they gave my phones to another person by accident.

Two Days of Lines and No IPhone for Black Friday Reservation.

Very Sad.

Walmart's always good they could have had another checker or two since it was Black Friday a little crowded great selection of stuff

If I could give this Walmart no star I would! This is the worst supercenter on this side of town! The service sucks and there is NEVER a cash register open! That is probably the most frustrating issue I have with them. Stay away! Oh I forgot to mention stay away at night there have been 3 homicides in the parking lot and numerous robberies. Like I said STAY AWAY!

Its terrible! At sewing section there’s no one to cut the fabric. This is the third time i am waiting for 20 minutes. Walmart must solve this problem as a big market.

The manager Dawn really went out her way to provide me excellent service. She was helping customers at checkout lanes and making sure everyone was out quickly. I wish every Walmart had a Dawn!

The store was messy, unorganized and dirty. I went there at night and they did not open any of the self checkout lines. Even at midnight I had to wait 30 minutes to check out.

If you don't like working overnight then its probably for the best you get another job. The night staff is rude, not helpful and again rude. They speak to you as if they are better than you and make you feel horrible for asking questions.
