25Worst Walmart I’ve ever been to.employees are all completely clueless and the new online order pickup service is terrible. Sends confusing emails that your order is ready and then the attendant tells me it’s not ready yet when I get there. Had to come back 3 days later and the attendant is still clueless and takes off to the back with no explanation. Not to mention the automotive center is slow as hell (3 hours to get a battery installed when there were only 2 other cars in the whole place).
Customer service line is always full. If you are going here for anything related to customer service the average wait time is 25-45 min just waiting in the line. This is at any time of day morning, mid-morning, afternoon or later in the day
Slow service as usual. It's about 15 people in line for customer service. I really try my best to stay out of Walmart
This was not the best Walmart that I have ever been to everything is scattered and unorganized it looks more like a distribution center instead of a store
Good layout, however, upon returning an item I purchased I was meet with extremely unfriendly associate who said the item couldn't be returned and that I would need to return the item at another location? After asking to speak with a manager, I waited about 20 minutes after which I took my item and simply left. No help at all from the associate.
