Walmart Supercenter reviews
28The shelves were not stocked. I asked a worker and she said to go to the neighborhood store instead. I asked another worker, (a tall skinny guy who was milling around with a flat dolly) to help a short lady get some bottles off the top shelf, which were falling on her head, he just ignored me and when I looked back, he was just staring at me.
The family whom I was with, their license plate came up missing from the parking lot of the store.
Super Walmart is a great place for just about everything you could need from a store, their well-stocked and also they took out McDonald's But added a medical care clinic. A very clean Walmart.
Most of the vegetables in the refrigerators its in dirty boxes. Other wise that is shipping boxes.
Just don't have words.and when leaving, two healthy, young women blatantly parked in handicap parking with no apparent handicap nor handicap sticker. I just don't get people not playing fair.
Lines where long up front so went to the back in electronics got me some Sour pickle Beer Like going to this Walmart just hate the long lines.
Mask require I thought, but it looks like Walmart doesn't require you to wear one. All about making money not safety first.
You rarely have to wait in line to check out, however, since the pandemic the later you shop the more likely it is that random items won't be on the shelf.
Just the usual Walmart Super Center. Though right now they seem to be redoing the frozen section. Lots of missing items there. I also noticed that some items you'd think they have more of a selection of like frosting and cake items they just don't have that much anymore.
The customer service desk wasn't very helpful. Even had the manager involved who only read off a paper that listed their policies without even trying to listen to my problem. Expected more from someone in upper management.
Very nice I was in the produce department and this nice young man named Isaiah was working and was very helpful and courteous
Night shift door greeter and self check out customer service need to go take some customer service refresher courses. They are rude.
The employees at the electronic department were rude and lacked simple knowledge about their product. Cashier was clearly bothered by me asking questions about a phone and lied just so I could buy the phone or leave since she did not want to help. Another employee came but it did not help, it was the same result and also had horrible customer service. IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB, QUIT OR MAKE BETTER LIFE CHOICES!
Employees know what isle of what products you are looking for so you can get in & out. Very knowledgeable. Very affordable.
I have the distinct impression that every Walmart is the same. Lots of product, lots of variety, and lots of staff wandering around doing nothing. Seems to me that a lot of the same people could be better used at the checkout. Lineup at all tills, one express checkout open, and the parking lot complete chaos. At least the parking lot had a security vehicle cruising around trying to keep order. Why do so many people continue to go through this over and over again?
Today is the second time I used mobile express and pharmacy workers did not realize that I was using mobile express. The Asian lady told me, "you have to tell me". There are big orange signs saying mobile express, what other reason would I come to the orange line for. Needless to say it was nothing close to express. I was late to work both times waiting on them when I was supposed to walk in scan my phone get my prescription on go.
Asked for cash back on my WalMart credit card, the cashier said it declined. When I received my statement, sure enough it went through. Then customer service wouldn't give me my money back after cashier stole it.
I hardly ever shop here, but when I do, I'm usually in and out within 20 minutes. The lines are sometimes long, but that's expected.
They've changed alot since last I went, there is now a designated area to pick up things you buy online, which is nice.
I just had a house key made, you only pay for the key, the service is free, which was suprising.
2nd worst walmart crew I have ever seen. This management team must have no idea how to manage personnel or client expectations. Drive 10 miles further before you go in this store.
We all know how busy Wal-Mart can get on a Saturday in the middle of the day. With only a few registers open and plenty of back 2 school shoppers, Zakwan is the champ of the day! He was friendly and scanned & bagged items faster than I've ever seen before. He thanked us for our patience and even greeted my three year old without holding the line!
The Downside is the customer to cashier ratio.always!
