I was returning bedsheets, I was told I had to take it to the Store that I bought the item. A Supervisor said to take it back and she raised her voice to me say the credit must go back on my card. Customers should not be treat bad.
Horrible customer service. Mean people, not friendly. Only a few. AND sad selection of items. The self checkout area here is ridiculous.regular lines usually long. So many registers.never enough cashiers.uuuuggghhhh. Mr. Walton, you would be disappointed.at least with this location!
This is the first time I'm satisfied from the front end at walWalm super center @ Cooper street, the cashier Jasmine she was very sweet and helpful.and super friendly.
Self check out was not helpful. Wanted age verification for sharpies and had to wait for help. They then had me go to there terminal to finish checkout.
Crazy busy. Lots of choices. Not enough cashiers. Parking lot under construction, so that adds to challenges.
I went at about 7 and they only had 4 registers open lines were super long self check out you could only pay with card which didnt help me any faster because i dont always use my card. Also the store was hot
As with all Walmarts, these days, this one doesn't believe in staffing their bajillion cash registers with a single cashier 9/10 times. They funnel the whole throng of shoppers into their ridiculous self-checkout square. It's largely dirty, lacks good stocking of the shelves, the fruit and veg are always JUST ALMOST on the edge of going bad or spoiling.it's just not a nice place.
