Lines are always too long employee's are rude when you ask them a question they seem bothered. I needed something from electronics and there was no one there when I asked if someone could help us the lady said that she didnt know because that wasn't her department.

I asked some workers how to use the app and they said that they didn't know how maybe they should teach them how to use it

Have never had a bad experience at this location. Customer service needs a little improvement. Would recommend

I've had pretty bad customer service here, from cashiers not understanding cross contamination, dirty conveyor belts and no bus carts for single adults with more than one small child (mission and alton walmart has those, HEB has double seats). However, the customer service manager at the CS department was really nice and understanding and didn't give me any hassle. He made my day when I thought I was going to have an other bad one from this walmart. Thanks for your time. Im changing from 1 star to 3

I love wal Mart but its so hard to ever find anyone in the hardware dept. Its obvious that they are short handed. Please hire more ppl and don't tire out you employees that will always be a big turn over. I still love the store!

I forgot item on the fast check out.it was my fault for forgetting it. I come back and I ask the lady that Is at the self check if she found my gummies. She tells me "no. How long was it? " I teller 1 minute ago. She was clueless. I told her to call her manager and she reply in an arrogant way to go to the service place. I was like omg. I got there and there was a line. I want to someone else in a register to see if they can reach a manager, they said there phone didn't work but also acted like they didn't care or want to put the effort to help me. Really upsetting. Finally I found a manager and told her I forgot an item in the check out.if she can help me, or if she can check the cameras. It's just a dollar item. She replay that, it"s not wal mart fault for items forgetn which is acceptable. She tell me to get the item and come back the service check, and I was like omg. Again wasting my valuable time. In walking to the service palce. I reply upset and told her she should train her personal to call a manger it just not efficent for to waste time for a 1 dollar item. If wal mart doesn't want to give to me its fine, it's my fault for leaving it. But was not acceptable is the way the self cashier personal treat the customers, by not calling a manager to assist the customer immediately or by not being knowledgeable enough in what to do if an item was left behind. The easy way is not by sending all customer to the service area, there is a line. Walmart if you are hearing this. Please better train your people, don't make customer wait in line for a stupid item in your service area and also don't make customers hunt for a manager. If the cashiers can not do anything and if the service place is the only place they can help me is just nonsense because there is a line already and I don't got time to waste for a stupid dollar item.

Cashier told me to more the heavy items off the counter. Cashier should ask, manners go along way. Also, the prices for cat litter and dog food are not correct and when I told an associate there response was the freight team is in a rush to work all the freight. THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM

It's Walmart. I don't care much for the store myself, the Walmart brand food is bad, and clothes are cheap. But.they do carry name brand food at competitive prices, and the selection of products is large and where else can you beat most pricing. So yes eventually even I end up here walking out with the latest inexpensive made in China product. It's hard to argue with cheap prices when living on a budget

The employees always seem like they dont want to be here. Prolonging any miniscule task to last a lifetime in an effort to fill up their seemingly boring day.

Very poor customer service, its the holidays and only 2 registers open in the whole store. Too many people on break thats what a part-time supervisor said to me. Of course this is not the first time this happens. AGAIN VERY POOR SERVICE!

Very poor customer service and rude associates who are very disrespectful to customers returning holiday gifts.

This Walmart tends to have a larger selection of merchandise than the Walmart closer to me. Like this dog carrier I purchased today at a better price than other places I've shopped at.

I really like the Walmart on Nolana and 29th street. It's a huge store but usually has everything I'm looking for. Don't go here too often but if I'm in the area I'll go. Employees are very friendly.

Big store with lots of affordable stuff to buy. Staff is hard to find sometimes when you need to get something that is locked up.

I usually go in the morning after work. So it's pretty dead during that time but it's always fully stocked.

This Wal-Mart is the only one in McAllen that never answers the phone. And when they answer after like 20 minutes. Then you tell them you want to find out about a product and the they say hold on let me transfer you. And now you're stuck waiting again for like another 20 minutes. I'm telling you this Wal-Mart customer service sucks big time. If you don't believe me try it for your self. Good Luck.

WORST EXPERIENCE! Last night I was testing out a bike i wanted to buy and a very rude employee yelled loudly from the other side of the aisle just to tell me if im not going to buy a bike to put it back. Even then he walked over to the bike section and started yelling at another costumer. Further more he was about to fight my boyfriend and in his own words said "let me clock out and ill meet you right here to end this". What kind of employees represent your walmart?

Today we went to pick up a water hose spray gun, and ehen we went to pay for it at the garden center the receipt didnt print out properly for the cashier. She requested it to be reprinted, but the CSM, supervisor that should have the TC70 (or what ever palm pilot they carry) was not responding. This becomes very frustrating for us as customers. I had to call the store from my phone to let customer service know that the CSM needed to answer the request from the cashier.

Waited for over 15 minutes to be helped at the sporting goods department. The employee said he was going to call another employee but no one ever showed.
