29Clean store. Sometimes it's a bit messy from the weekend, but typically everything is well organized. I like this store better than the one on Shary or the one on Jackson. They could do better on having floor associates out in case you need help, but it's hard to come by anyone, mostly I see janitors or managers.
It's a Wal-Mart. What can you say about a necessary evil? Never enough front end clerks, over dependency on self check out, poor selection, terrible produce and good luck finding an employee who knows where an item is. Self checkout is a plus but beware of weird substitutions because employees can't find items that are in stock even when they say they aren't.
The self checkout is amazing! Sadly at night they only have like 2 or 3 open for a big line of customers.
Have called for the last 20 minutes and no one picks up the phone.
Operator s must be asleep or on break.
They need to know that the customer does not call just to waste their time. If they can't answer then they need to be replaced. Customers are what keep them employed.
The best especially the pharmacy they are so kind and helpful especially Ms. Ramirez and Mr. Pena great job and clerks.
Always find what I'm looking for. The only thing that I would have to complain about is that they never have enough registers open. Other than that everyone is always very friendly and have great sales.
Don't go after 11 or you'll have to do their jobs for them and scan your own items. They close all the registers except self check out no matter how busy it is. I don't mind it when I only have a few items, not a full cart of groceries, but what bothered me most was that no customer had any choice, we were forced to either pay using self check out or leave our items behind.
Such a joke.only had one person working money center and manager never did come out to talk to us, even with 15 people in line.
