Walmart Supercenter, Round Rock TX

ASM Esmeralda needs to be fired, she has the worst attitude and no customer service. I will not be returning to this WalMart ever. I can’t believe someone trusted a person like Esmeralda to be in charge or responsible of anything. If you’re are miserable at your job then find another, customers are not at fault of your poor life choices.

Older building causes horrible cell phone reception while inside the store. Location is typically very busy however there is never a wait to get inside the store due to covid restrictions.

Employees are always friendly and helpful. My only minor complaint is I have problems finding products by certain brands that are supposed to be sold at Walmart. Other than that, this store is fine.

The guy at the the tire/battery center counter has absolutely no customer service skills, not to mention basic human interaction skills. Seems like he knows his job is very secure.

The groceries and items have changed for the better OMG, I've stayed away from this place for having crappy food, but now YES, you can taste the quality!

Well, I will say its Walmart and don't be listening for a "can I help you sir/mam" but other than that they (some employees) are really good at playing hide-n-go-seek so e prepared at night especially to get a good cardio workout to get a price check on aisle 12. Honestly this store has some really kind cashier's.

The customer service here is trash. Secret shopper follow you wherever you go, no matter if you're a regular or not. The produce is trash as well. Most of the "fresh fruit" is molded by the time you try to enjoy it. Go to HEB. Fresh produce is at HEB. This walmart is trash as are the ghetto workers.

Appears to be either doing a reset of the departments or they just leave a bunch of carts everywhere. Disappointed in the store.

Had to wait 30 minutes to pay a bill. Even using mobile express apps. Employees didn't seem interested in getting people out quickly.

Hands down one of the worst Walmart’s I’ve ever been to. The employees here are terrible. Took the cashier nearly 20 mins to swipe less than 35 items for 3 people (including me) and and did not know how to enter a coupon for the customer in front of me. Isn’t that a part of your job?

It was 7pm, couldn't even find an associate on the floor to ask questions and it took 30 minutes to checkout because they only had to checkers.poor customer service

Helpful and friendly staff. Kelly, in the bakery department, went out of her way to make me some special cupcakes (that they didn't have in the case) while I waited. She made my day! Cashier (didn't get her name) was very friendly and engaged us in pleasant conversation while checking us out. Store was clean and well organized with great selection.

Avoid at all costs! Sure the prices may be low and maybe you can snag something late night when it’s dead but otherwise I would avoid thus place. It is not worth the headache, the people and customer service is horrible!

This one ks huge, of okay bigger than the others nearby. They are had I g a great clearance sale on summer floaters, toys and decor.
This store has a nail spa and Subway inside it.

The staff here in austin especially off. Rutherford are super rude and very lazy. And if you need help or an over ride from a csm you can never find one. They do not help each other. At cash registers.

So impressed. New sign in front. Clean Store. Product looks good and well kept. And! WOW! Sales Associates that are visible and present. Only thing missing is that no Associates greeted us. Way to go Round Rock Super Center! Watch out Target!

I guess not one employee knows how to answer a phone. Two phone calls back to back, both auto disconnecting after 5 minus

Very bad customer service, had to wait for an employee to finish his personal quarrels on his phone to get service.

Worst customer service and pickup, always no one in online pickup, any time morning, noon, afternoon and evening, it doesn’t matter, you have to wait to find some one to page them
Last pickup should same day but so far 5 days without got my pickup due to lazy staff and bad customer services. What a time wasting with store visits and phone calls
I did more than 10 pickup and this will the last one for sure, unfortunately can’t give below one star

Friendly personnel in store, but you have better adds of winning the lottery than to get anyone to answer the phone.
