32I rarely leave there in as good a mood as when I entered. And I'm a customer. An infrequent one. Getting help is like pulling teeth. Always understaffed.
The customer service is ok it really depends on the person there. Walmart is fixing up their parking lot so it's a lot going on in the parking lot. Hopefully that will be done soon
Walmart is a good places ti get what you need and saves money although there isnt much people working here as there used to be they have dhopping online and curb side grocery service that deliver at a low codt and you will get the next one free. They pit a nice snack in there too some fruut snacks and a rice crispy which i thought was awesome. Needless tobsaybits still Walmart and can improve alot but is one of the better ones in the Austin Round Rock area. If you want you can get a bite in there or go the whataburger next door. Parking is great and the facility is very clean.

Its Walmart and its super hot in the store. Not a great marketing strategy if you want people to stay in the store on these extremely hot days. But thecAC is controlled by corporate which isn't in a hot state like Texas so they think every store needs to be set at 75°
I love it! Now it has more selection on products. I would give it a 5 star but their meats package are so expensive. I go to HEB they are always throwing good sales on meats.
Kevin was very helpful today. He took the time to explain the reasons my low tire pressure indicator was on. He got me taken care of and out the door fast. Very nice and great customer service.
Didn’t even want to give 1 star this Walmart auto center is crappy they will mess your whole car up and leave you there not able to drive off happen to me 8/16/2018 and they will tell you that the insurance company will help fix what they messed up but the insurance company is a scam didn’t even come out to look at my car. Even being refunded I would not use this location for auto service slow and very unorganized and the manager in that section don’t care at all.
I've been shopping here for 5 years now and haven't had a bad experience. I always find what I need.
Today I had a bad experience at Walmart! They did not schedule enough associates and as a result customer service suffered
WOW this Wal-Mart was clean even after long day of business, my family was so happy shoping, the staff friendly. The night staff was getting ready for re-stocking, even so they paid attention to the shoppers. Two for that staff.
This stores bathroom are so nasty and when you ask someone for help most of them just ignore you you have to ask them several times then they get huffy but there are nice employees there their not all rude but it takes a while to find the nice helpers. If I have to go to Wal-Mart I go to the one in Georgetown.
