Walmart Supercenter, Austin TX

Walmart is the best, it own brand (great value) is outstanding. Pretty much I buy everything in Walmart

Went to Walmart supercenter went to buy parcly for my recipe guess what no F$&'*"ing parcly what super center does not have F$&'"*ing parcly!

Pretty big Walmart and they have most things. The issue is: every single time I shop here they are woefully understaffed at the check out lines and the employees working there seem to REALLY take their time. I always end up having to wait 15-30 minutes just checking out

Only complaint is this Walmart Never has a cashier ready at the plant section. Honestly quite annoying.

It seems not to have q-u-i-t-e the variety and selection of the Walmart in my old neighborhood, but that may be because of the pandemic. In any case, it has a lot of the things I need and it's good to get out of the house.

Messy store. Low on many items. Restroom is usually a mess, and always one of the urinals are broken. Tough to navigate store and find assistance

It's Walmart. It's big. No customer service.
Two cash registers open. They have bargains.
A convenient place to go when you want a couple

Idiots at the auto shop have not once, but twice damaged something expensive on my vehicle. Worst Walmart I’ve ever been to. Completely incompetent idiots.

This Walmart is always busy, there is usually a longer wait for customer service desk. Usually out of most of my favorite hair products never fully stocked. Customer service is overall pretty poor. The Walmart on 1431 is much better.

Tried to get an oil change. Was ignored and left waiting for 15 mins. Went inside and was told to continue wait outside for technician. Did that for another 5 minutes or so. No one approached even though I could see them. I ended up leaving before a technician even approached. Never again

Soul sucking! Walmart has gone to automated check out, so you wait in line to check yourself out, then wait in line to have your receipt checked to leave.

This Wal-Mart has the slowest customer I've been in. It's one person and 30 ppl in line waiting for help and nobody is around to help or even trying to help. Terrible

Never can pay my credit card bill there. They never have workers at night only machines and they charge for bags. The same bags in the 80s they would ask do you want it double bagged for free. I dont work for Walmart why should I have to ring myself out? I also fell carry my items bc I won't pay for a bag. Going to target for now on

Clean.associates are generally friendly and helpful.occasionally longer lines at customer service.

I love Walmart. Besides that they have a lot of bulk items, they also stock items not available in other stores.

No other stores that I have been to makes me pay for sacks. And NO Wal-Mart isn't cheaper than the other stores I go to.

When visiting this store, the staff has been awesome.have been introduced to the online ordering service, when they don't have what I am looking for. Ambrea was most helpful.and helping my husband in ordering.have found other sales associates to be very helpful, too.
Yes, when calling in to the store, it is most difficult to get them on the line and when directed to the department (or a named staff) is near impossible.otherwise, Love, Love this store.

This is one of the nicer Walmart’s that I’ve been to, it’s recently gone through a remodel so the looks great on the inside. The staff is a typical Walmart staff (hard to find) but other than that one of the better location to shop at.

Seriously overcrowded as usual. But I do enjoy the friendly customer service that comes with this place and the affordable prices on groceries.

Went to get a tire. Arrived at 7: 00 because the website said automotive was open then. Was told by the tech that they opened at 8. I told him that I would wait. When I went back to the desk at 8, the same guy told me I would have to wait behind the 6 or 7 cars that arrived after me. No, I didn't get in line at 7. No one told me I needed to. Needless to say, I won't be getting tires there anymore.
