Walmart Supercenter, Austin TX

No receipt gift card. Purchase was only a week old and couldn't look up receipt by credit card used. Scam to force you to spend $ in store. Smh every return I do is By card purchase look up.

I'm giving it a 3 rating only because it's convenient for me right around the corner from where I live and it is a lot better than the other ones around town)

Staff doesn't really know their merchandise but if you have the time, there are a few fun things to find.

Poor customer service on the Pharmacy side. Don't expect to find any assistance if you can not find what you are looking for.

I always find everything that I need here, though I've noticed that each Wal-Mart that I frequent shelves seems to need replenishing, but this one is stocked better than most.

It's a Walmart. You know the drill. Cheap prices, cheap product. And with all Walmarts the perishables are average or below average. Never enough checkers but they want you to self checkout. Nothing better to a Walmart than free labor. Come on in and let us put you to work for free should be company slogan.

Hate this company they'll never see a dime of my money ever again. They turned a $200 credit card into $1500 in debt because at the time they didn't take payments over the phone and wouldn't send me a bill until the amount of penalties was over $1500 even tho I called every payday to say send me a bill. They never did and ruined my credit because of it!

Sunday afternoon and only 3 registers open. Self checkout was busy too. It would have been nice for a single priority lane (15 items or less) to be open.

The price on the shelf and register is different. The manager she doesn't care at all and they were happy when i told them it's ok i am not going to take it so don't worry about changing the price.

I can not ever find anything without walking from one end of store to the other without finding any real help. And God forbid you bring your Service Dog. I despise this dirty, unfriendly store.

Had to go to customer service and as usual they were busy. However, I'm always impressed with how well they seem to handle "busy" at this store. They're always courteous and efficient. Sometimes people get grumpy or frustrated waiting in lines but overall this team works to solve the problems.

Usually has products in stock. Lines get long with few checkout lines going at times. Makes your time there multiply just from waiting to be rung up.

Excellent price points. Competitive with HEB HEB Plus across several product lines. Their range of flowers shrubs trees also worth a look.
