Walmart Supercenter, Gilmer TX

So, I ever gave a Wal-Mart 5 stars it would be this one. The layout is different then what i am use to but the customer service is amazing. Great Job Gilmer!

I wish Walmart no ill but give them little to no business. Needed ammo or I would have not set foot in there.

Ok. I'm still waiting on my w2 from wal mart. I've never been employed by them but by the time I get back to my car I've gotten 3 boxes of cereal stocked, helped two beautiful older ladies with stuff on the top shelf, checked out 3 people not to mention my self, returned four buggys, developed my own pictures, and checked 2 lawnmower batteries for defects. I'm exhausted.

Super small walmart. Only one entrance, and one exit. Don't have much. Hate having to go to multiple stores to just get stuff I need. Barley any check-outs open. Don't even try to get a real person to check you out. And almost every employee is rude!

Great, until I was walking out the exit door and saw that old used automotive battery cores are still sitting inside the building at the exit door. If those old batteries somehow make a spark, guess what could happen. WAKE UP WALMART MANAGERS you have a BOMB sitting at your front door.

I live in Southern California, I made 2 orders for my parents who live in gilmer, the transaction was soooo easy, the mobile app is on point, the curbside pickup was no waiting and 4 employees came out to help load the groceries in my parents truck! No hassles, everything was accounted for and the hospitality was simply amazing! THANK YOU GILMER SUPERCENTER FOR HELPING ME AND MY PARENTS WITH THE SMOOTHEST EASIEST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! YOUR AWESOME!

Much prefer to have our 'old mom and pop stores;. Walmart now replacing name brands with their brands

Well let's see. If your not going to have cashier's, except 1 then get the Walmart pick up in this Gilmer store!

I would give more stars however the price of groceries is more because they can charge what they want based on the population? How is that? For example milk is 1.76 at Walmart in Longview but 3.17 at Walmart in Gilmer. Other than the convienance it's better to go elsewhere.

Always have everything in stock and if you can't find the items you want just drive 2 blocks and there will be another supercenter.

I love this store I drive a good ways to come to this one its way better than where I'm from which is Mt. Pleasant TX. Its always so nice and clean the cashiers are so nice and friendly. Also have a lot more invertory to choose from.

Not impressed in the quality of management. The CSM are never available and alot of people that work there are just rude. The ladies that work at the service desk are the exception.

Store layout and customer service can be improved. Not the biggest selection of products compared to other supercenters.

Basic Walmart with slow checkout. Doesn't have a good selection of many items I like to purchase. Checker double charged me on a few items and was a pain to get corrected since I dont frequent this location. Prefer Lindale location or even driving a little farther to Tyler for a good Walmart.

I tried to EXCHANGE a pair of maternity pants to store and I could not find id so I presented an id that went out 24 days ago and they still would not let me exchange for the right size. The lady at service desk was very rude and I am 5 months pregnant and she was so rude so made me cry.

Well they don't have any little girls Christmas shirts and that's really sad I almost don't wanna shop there any more

Almost no employee with a smile all i seen were cursing unhappy staff.due to size the selections are not that great eather

I don't usually do much shopping late at night. But I want everyone to know how joyful, friendly, and helpful the night crew in Gilmer, TX was in helping me find everything I needed tonight.
