Walmart Supercenter, Gilmer TX

Tried to return a Mainstay can opener. The can opener is a piece of JUNK, this is the first piece of merchandise that I have been dissatisfied with. It is usually. I have arthritis in my hands, so I need a electric can opener. I was told I could not get a refund or exchange, so I am stuck with a piece of worthless junk.

They need to get some cashiers! I'm tired of having to check myself out! I dont get paid & I dont work for walmart so why am I having to do the work for people that do work there and get paid!

We had a problem there. The lady in the money center didn't know her job well enough to tell me the right things to get my money in a Walmart to Walmart transaction. I wasted a hour or so of time getting her to understand enough for me to get my money.

Nasty bathrooms lazy they are very unwilling to assist customers I will not shop the Mount Pleasant Walmart ever again

As far as Wal-Mart's go, this one is about average. It's one of the smaller stores in a small town so of course the selections are sometimes limited. I've noticed some of the prices are a bit higher than some super Wal-Mart stores, so if you're on a budget you might want to shop around and compare prices. We still shop there fairly often simply because it's convenient.

I feel that Walmart stores everywhere are taking their super store status for granted. The most friendly person in the store is the greeter at the door. Always pleasant and helpful. Past that and it seems the personnel still help but lose their smile.

Looked for the French Toast Big Man Breakfast sandwich they did not have everything else yes other than that Good Experience

Today wasn't to bad was able to get a electric cart. That was a plus I'm a bilateral amputee. Think I will do most of my shopping on Sundays more often.

Very good place to shop but this Wal Mart does not have a water dispenser for my to fill my own jugs.

Walmart employees are VERY RUDE. I'm an amputee in a wheelchair & they wouldn't offer ANY assistants.would avoid me.it was plane to see. EVERY Walmart is that way. I avoid shopping Walmart @ all cost. I give my business to other retailers

It was an experience like I've never had in my life I was sitting in my truck in the parking lot the two cops came up in different cars set across the parking lot

Not enough help today. No one came to assist us in jewelry nor in indoor garden area even after pressing the assistance needed button. Lost some sales today.

The cashiers are always very friendly. The store is always clean. We use this store location regularly. I do wish some items were kept in stock better. My kids have been greatly disappointed since they stopped doing the kids cookie program.

Yesterday a manager loudly and publicly berrated another customer! Her name is Linda and it's not the first time she has done this to employees or customer's! Turns out Linda was wrong AGAIN, but as a customer and a citizen of Gilmer I am sick and tired of seeing this hateful woman.

Like like shopping there most days there is always that one person that makes it not great for the rest of them

They always have great stuff on the clearance isle, and the people are extremely friendly and helpful!

Love this store. From Home to garden you will find what you need. Friendly and caring about the community and them. Walmart will be there.

Prices are too high. Longview Walmart prices are better than Gilmer. Some of the Fruit goes bad after a day. Employees are nice but manager is rude.
