WatersEdge Apartments, Denton TX

I lived in WatersEdge Apartments for a year before moving for my job. I CANNOT recommend this place enough. I never had an issue here and I loved my apartment. The combination between location, space, and pricing makes this property an awesome deal.
I've had nothing short of a pleasant experience with management and I especially loved the nearby hiking/bike trail and the little pond which provided me with many opportunities to de-stress and have a little peace.

I know I probably sound like a car salesman by now but it's definitely because I'm leaving this apartment community with a heavy heart.

My unit has no problems, and I love the layout and the space.

Parking is minimal, especially with the new carports that now cause me sometimes to park six buildings down. Having friends over is a tough decision, as there are less than ten visitor spots.

Maintenance team is kind and quick to solve issues.

Ive lived here for about a year now and 100% plan on renewing my lease. I used to live in a bigger complex but always felt like such a burden when it came to their office staff. However, at Watersedge I've always been treated with respect and I always feel like my issues are a top priority to them, no matter how big or small.

10/10 would definitely recommend!

Not quality apartments, office staff is constantly changing so you’ll never have a consistent answer on policies, maintenance never fixes the problem just covers it up. On move in day there were dirty socks, rusty nails in drawers, mold, water damage and pins in the carpet. Broke our lease because of constant issues.

I really like living here, the staff is friendly. Quick maintenance who never fail to go above and beyond. Quiet Neighbors, and it's really neat to have a garden. I work in Westlake, and I drive 30 minutes just because I like these apartments so much.

Lived here for 10 months. The area is nice, the apartments are comfortably sized, and the office and maintenance staff work hard to keep the place in good order. The only downside for me was that our walls were a little thin for our liking at times.

These apartments are the best value in Denton. The staff is super friendly and very efficient. They answered all of my questions and concerns perfectly. I would highly recommend this property!

I, Just renewed my Lease for a second time. The Management is Excellent, Maintenance is Great. Both has Gone Over an Above to assist me in all my requests. I have made Waters Edge of Denton, My Home not just an Apartment. Our beautiful Landscape of Trees, three Duck Ponds, lots of all types of Wildlife an Birds, All together Holiday Parties, Get-Togethers with Fun an Games, Makes Waters Edge of Denton a Great place to Live!

The staff was so friendly and helpful! Amanda was so welcoming and answered all of my questions. I took a tour of the beautiful property- it was GORGEOUS! Well manicured lawns, ponds, fountains, pristine pool and lovely club room! I would recommend to anyone looking to relocate in Denton!

There’s never any visitor parking and they only assign one spot per unit there is no option to purchase an extra. When it rains my covered parking area gets flooded with mud because they refuse to landscape the unit (when it’s covered in mud it gets really slippery). Before moving in the unit instead of cleaning they merely painted over all dirt and dust making it look that much worse on the inside. When using the showers you are constantly having to turn the handle because the temperature does not stay consistent. There is dog poop everywhere. Sometimes when I take my own dog out I pick up after others because if not I’ll find myself stepping in another residents animals poop.

I love this complex. I know a couple people who live here and in looking into moving in myself. The staff was super helpful with my sister's move and the apartments are great for the price.

I have never lived in an apartment up until a little over year ago I was only going to stay six months but I liked it so much I ended up staying. The staff has been very friendly have always addressed my concerns quickly the maintenance guys are great the few times that I’ve had to request them they immediately took care of the problem. The only concern that I continued to have is parking can sometimes be an issue the visitor parking that is allocated is not Close to all the apartments and sometimes visitors will park in resident parking which leaves residents no place to park I’ve discussed with managementAnd the tow truck comes around more frequently but still doesn’t always help when you’re coming home late at night and have nowhere to park management has done what they can to try to assist with the issue. Overall I would say the pros definitely outweigh the cons of living in this community

My wife and I are starting our third year here and could not be happier. The location is wonderful for all of Denton, and the staff is always professional and willing to help. Maintenance is prompt and private when we have a problem. It is no surprise why they are always close if not always fully occupied.

I've lived here for a long time and it is one of the best places to live in Denton! The Staff is awesome and very helpful. Love living here.

I've lived here for going on 2 years and i absolutely love it here! It's quiet, clean and the office staff are wonderful
The maintenance staff are quick and very thorough if there is ever a problem and they always check back and make sure the problem was resolved. I totally recommend Colorado courts to anyone looking for a great place to live.

My apartment is downstairs and has a patio (which is awesome). The property is nice, quiet, and beautiful. All of the staff do a good job and are responsive. It is an older property but is kept up well. Works great for what I need. More parking would be nice for visitors but they don't really have any room to make that happen.

Been nice and quiet. Been here for a year no. No real problem's. When something breaks they fix it pretty fast.

Yes it's quiet and they look nice from the outside but on the inside its a different story. Maintenance does the minimum and when you move out they will charge you repairs for the smallest things. I am very disappointed
