Waxahachie Ford provided outstanding service. I needed to have my normal oil change and tire rotation. I went by another Ford Dealership and they stated that I wouldn't be able to get in until a week later. I contacted Waxahachie Ford and they stated they had a few walk-in times available and to stop by. I brought my vehicle in and they initially stated that it would be an hour to an hour and a half. I told them that was fine. I waited at the dealership and checked out the new 2021's and within 30 minutes I received a call that my vehicle service was finished and ready for me to pick up! Shout out to Antonio (Service Dept), he provided outstanding and professional service. I will definitely be taking my vehicle back to Waxahachie Ford for my next service, even if it is a little further out of my way!

Antonio was awesome and he took very good care of me and my Ford Escape. I will always take my Ford to Waxahachie Ford in the future.

Can I go less then one star? This was a terrible experience!
Charlie is the worst advisor I have ever had to put up with. Never answered his phone would not return my text or calls or voice mails lied to me straight up about they were working on my truck and it was in the back parking lot which I was sitting beside! Worst experience I have ever had. And will not be going back to waxahachie Ford again! And will make sure I spread the word from now on my business will be going to desoto or Ennis. I asked them to look at why when it rained water came into the floor board nothing was looked at. They blamed how long they took to work on it was the warranties company fault. So I called the warranty company and found out they didn’t talk to them till Monday when I called and raised all the commotion up there at the Ford house

I took my truck for service and was given a completion date that was later not met, then given 2nd date that was not met, now given a 3rd and it was not met either. All along the only communication I have received is through the operators not my service advisor (Antonio Galindo) I have called and tried to leave a message on his office phone but his in box was full so I call his cell and left a message and ask for a call back which I never received. This has been the worst service experience ever, poor communication, poor planning of repairs, and I even tried to talk to anyone in service and still could not reach anyone including the service manager. You don't take in your vehicle for service expecting they can just freely keep it in service for as long as they want without being communicated with any changes, people have to plan for not having transportation. Avoid this place, drive to Ennis or Desoto. I know I will in the future.

The service department is a joke. If your wheel and tire hazard is through MPP don’t waste your time going to Waxahachie Ford! Service guys told me it could take several hours to hear from MPP, and there is a good chance MPP will not cover the replacement of my tires.

Long story short. I called MPP and they recommended I go to Discount Tire. Went to Discount, and I was in and out less than 30 minutes. Oh, I have two tires getting replaced on Monday for free! Thanks MPP and Discount Tire.

Not impressed with the service or parts department. Wanted to use my Ford Pass points for floor liners on my 2020 Ford Edge. Was told I had to go through the service dept. Charlie was my service advisor said should take 2 weeks at most to order and get the liners in. 2 weeks passed and I heard nothing from Charlie. Wouldn't return voice mails. Called the parts department and was rudely told they had no idea what I was talking about. Made a trip twice to the dealership said should be arriving any day. After almost 4 weeks spoke to Jacob the service manager in person and told me he would call me the next day. Never did and didn't return my voice mail. Wouldn't use any service department that Waxahachie Autoplex has since the Nissan dealership didn't tighten my oil filter properly and I had oil all over my driveway. The most pathetic communication skills and lack of customer service I have ever dealt with. I got my floor liners in 4 days 5 star Ford.

They were super polite while they tried to mess me over. They told me the sales price was higher than what they listed online. When I brought it up, they asked like they were doing me a favor by lowering the price to the listed price. They also offered me lower than blue book on my trade. When I brought that up, they told me how blue book doesn't really matter. Then offered another 1k on the trade. This is another thing on the website they advertise. Add another 1k to your trade. Its the typical song and dance. We couldn't come to a deal and I moved on. Maybe next time.

Completed Edge recall repair with minimal wait for parts (1 day), minimal install time (about an hour with appointment), professional attitude all the way. Thanks, Javier, u did well for us.

Awesome place to find a deal on a great used car and they stand behind their vehicles. Great people - Great service. I will be going back when ready to buy a new vehicle. I highly recommend.

Had a problem with a clicking sound behind the dash. Had it fixed once before while under warranty. Now that it's out of warranty they want $1100 to fix a $60 part that keeps breaking. Hard to stay loyal to a dealership that looks for opportunities to takes advantage of their customers when their vehicles are out of warranty.

Great experience. Took my 15 year old Ranger in. Wasn't running right after I added cold air intake. Left the truck with service department. Mechanic did great job on diagnoses and the truck is running smoothly again. Thanks service dept/Stanley!

I've bought 4 vehicles here and trust the service department as they always get me in and out. The service guys are very professional and detail oriented with their customer service.

Well my opinion of this place has changed after finding out the salesman Justin Bowers is not standing behind the deal we made and this dealership still has not payed off my trade in and actually wanting me to pay a $219 differance because he didn't do his job in the beginning. I will never do business at this place again ever
