Really nice service with Stanley as my guide. The work was completed timely and when I needed my truck prior to the weekend. Thanks for the wash as well. You guys and gals really took care of me.

Got my Lexus from here my salesman was Scott Smith great guy he wasn't pushy or rude unlike my experience at Park place. He treated me with respect and it was a breath of fresh air.

I live in the Dallas area where there are a lot of Ford dealerships, but I wanted a particular car - a new Fusion hybrid with top of the line trim - and since Ford is phasing this line out, nobody was interested in talking to me - except this wonderful dealership in Waxahachie. They treated me like an important customer and I really appreciated it, so that's where I got my beautiful car!

Very attentive. Completed repairs on time and quoted cost was bested as they researched discounts against cost to reduce the amount. Outstanding.

The service was great. Charlie stayed connected with me, letting me know about what was going on with my car, and the manager for the rental car was so personable and helpful.

I've only dealt with Stanley in the service department, but so far they have been outstanding. They always set us up in a very nice and spacious rental (I have two daughters in softball, so we stay loaded down) anytime I need repairs or maintenance. Last time I left my vehicle for repairs, they washed and vacuumed it for us. I plan to purchase our next new vehicle through Waxahachie Ford.

Went in for a check engine light. My vehicle was just over 37k, out of bumper to bumper warranty. They ended replacing the intake manifold, gave me a loaner and picked up the cost under power train warranty. Very helpful from the Manager to the Service Advisor.
