It took a month to get a trash can delivered. They have skipped our trash pickup once and recycling once in the 6 weeks we’ve had the cans and the appropriate sticker for the quarter. If you call the office you’ll have a 30-40 minute hold time and then be told sorry for the inconvenience, they’ll pick up on the next scheduled day. This is by far the worst garbage company I’ve ever seen. If your HOA is thinking of entering into a contract with them, fight it! Otherwise you’ll l regret it!

They suc big time. Haven't picked up now for two collection days and no number to call on Saturday. This is the third one they have missed.

Twice the price of competitors and only show up half the time. Zero communication from them unless it’s a bill or to say they aren’t showing up that week and will not be making it up and no bill credit for missed weeks. Stay clear.

When I first started WCA they were expensive but I didn’t have much issues. Each quarter they raised my bill without telling me. I didn’t think much of it because prices do rise. However, last bill rose by 50$. Too much. I called around to find prices were still the same with other trash pick up companies just that WCA was quietly jacking up the price on their customers while others were keeping the price reasonable. Then WCA stopped answering their phone, stopped pickups on time, stopped providing customer service. So I switched companies. The company I have now is much cheaper, answer their phones, and have no problem picking up on time. WCA, work on your customer service. Treat your customers better or they will leave.

WCA has been ripping off our community for a long time. I cannot believe a company of this size does not portray better communication to their customers. There have been weeks where trash was not picked up an we were not credited for it with very little notice as to why, when, how, or any questions answered. They go from monthly payments with everyone in our community paying different amounts (seems shady) then to no notice that they automatically withdrawal triple your normal trash amount and after the fact say oh we are going to quarterly billing, WTH? Then they promised a recycling bin that I pay extra for and never received it, even after following back up for 6 months. I just gave up. So here is a heads up for any community trying to find a better trash company, do no, i repeat, do not use WCA! Please feel free to comment and reach back out to me for more horror stories regarding WCA trash and recycling.

For residential service WCA performs a reliable service at a fair price and we especially like the senior discount.

They never service my address properly. Always miss my pick ib Magnolia TX and dont return for days. Worst service ever. Also going to report them to BBB.

Talk to 3 diferent costumer representives and got 3 diferent. Prices on theirs services there are not problem solving. Co.

My trash pick up is always on schedule and they never leave a mess. The guys are friendly and always wave if we happen to be outside.

Depending on how long you've had service determines your rates. Pick up is dependable. I find Office staff is extremely
rude, and not friendly or helpful. Sorta like it's an inconvenience to have to take a call from their customers. My rates have tripled within a year. Yet some neighbors pay almost half of what I'm now paying. When asked why, they say because older customers get better rates. I've been with them over 3 years.

This company is horrible! I've live n my area where u have you have to have them pick up the trash. The stopped picking it up with NO paper notice. I've gotten 2 Bill's since October. Then I get a call saying I'm about to be cut off if I dnt pay. I paid the same day. THEY STILL DIDN'T PICK UP THE TRASH. I called.the lady says oh u r passed due. I tell her I paid then she says "oh yeah now I see it" let me take u off the no pick up list. Smh

I have called them many times over the past year regarding service deficiencies. They are never permanently corrected. Our previous company went out of business. Until then, they were very reliable.

WCA is more expensive and does a worse job.

Not even worth 1 star. Stay away from WCA North Houston Hauling for garbage collection. Missed pickups and excuses are the norm. Exceptionally poor customer service and no recourse.

Very disappointed in this company's service, was missing service pickups and the cost kept going up. It was a very difficult to get out of our contract. Save your self the trouble and look to any other place for your wast disposal needs.

WARNING! ! YOU CHARGED ME TWICE AND MISSED MY PICK UP. I HAVE CALLED MANY TIMES, THE HOLIDAYS ARE OVER, STOP USING THAT AS AN EXCUSE.

Confusing billing. I'd get one bill for $140 for the quarter and then another one for $40 a week later. They'd regularly miss recycling and I'd have to call. Sometimes they'd show, often they wouldn't. They'd also leave trash around that had come out of the bin while emptying.

I changed to Town and Country. Cheaper, consistent, and they leave our yardrd clean.

Rochelle is the best lady I have ever encountermed that empties WCA Bins. WCA needs lots more like her.
