Bill is constantly going up! Started at $90 for 3 months now up to $140 for 3 months, one day a week. Magnolia area.who else can we call for trash pick up?

Collection is done in a timely manner by your courteous employees. The men on the truck do a very good job of leaving our cans at the street edge after emptying the trash and do not just throw them down.

Very unhelpful lady I spoke with yesterday. I requested for help as the tree was cut in our backyard and tied and kept in trash area
but they did not pick it up.i requested the lady that I have no help so please ask your people to remove it but she was not at all concerned. I am very stressed.

Their recycling services have skipped our house several times now on pickup days. Bucket was on the curb 45 minutes before the potential window opened, account has been paid and clear. No reason to be skipped. Irritated that we will have to store it for another week- or tick off our HOA for having the bucket out on a non-collection day.

Absolutely the worst. They treat there business customers so bad I have no idea how it is they still have any.

Fantastic work in the Tomball Tx location.
Service is always timely and even when I mess up and don’t make it on time they pick up!
