Wow they complain because you move in and set up furniture and management is useless in helping you out. You cant move items apparently it's a lese violation.

I’ve lived here for almost three years, and my interactions with management and staff have been wonderful. New managers Carlesha and CJ have especially been kind, understanding, and helpful. Leasing agents Barry and Tori have been very caring and communicative. Maintenance always gets things done within 24-48 hours. Amenities are nice, public areas are clean. Garage is always broken but I’ve never experienced break ins or felt unsafe (knock on wood).

Living here definitely sets the bar high for apartment living. If I ever have to move out of Dallas, I know I won’t expect anything less than what I experienced here at WL.

Save your money and don’t live here. They are tow happy towed my car, something you should not have to worry about when it’s your apartment building. My temporary parking pass did expire and I had to have a temporary one because I was waiting for my plates. Still you would think you would not have to worry about that when you pay so much to live in a place.

Also there is plenty of parking spots in this garage they do not need to let the tow truck in on the daily to tow cars and look for slip ups on ppl not renewing their guest parking passes on time. It’s like they make a deal with the tow company or something and give them business. Cost me $150 to get my car back after waking up and thinking it was stolen….

Now they are nickel and dime me on a microwave handle that was broken when I moved in. They also make you use an app to get into the parking garage and half the time it does not work and you have to get out of the car to scan in.

This place is not even that much cheaper than places like uptown and victory park just spend a little extra and live in a much better area than this. And uptown is not close it’s 20 min away with traffic.

We came to visit the West Love property and the front office staff was amazing. We met with the Assistant Manager CJ and she was extremely helpful. Very impressed with her knowledge of West Love. Can't wait to move in!

I was very pleased with my experience there. The cleanliness and the hospitality they provided was great. Would 10/10 definitely recommend. CJ was very helpful during my time there.

Beautiful property and great location. The grounds are well maintained and units have gorgeous finishes. The leasing agent, Tori, was super professional, kind, and answered every question I had.

Been living here for over a year and have really enjoyed it. Barry and Carlesha are always super friendly and are able to answer any questions I may have. Residents here are pretty friendly as well and the building is generally pretty safe. Amenities and the building are kept clean (with the exceptions of bad pet owners letting their dogs go anywhere).
If you submit any maintenance requests, they generally send people over the next day.

There are some things to note, such as garage gate 1, breaking every other week (side note: use garage gate 2). And the apps that you can use to open gates/doors are super laggy or don't even work most of the time. (Mobile access doesn't even work for me, and the FocalPoint app needs to be open and closed 10 times for it to work.

Overall, the property is nice, but it's not run well. The Starbucks machine in the office is always out of non-coffee beverages. They don't put up a sign or anything to let you know. The machine only makes 4 drinks and I don't understand why they don't check it each day so they can know what's out and needs to be ordered/replaced.

They don't really do a thorough job communicating with the residents about ANYTHING. The card readers don't work at certain doors. Sometimes, whole areas, the card reader won't be functional and they SHOULD notify the tenants as a heads up, but they don't.

The TVs in the Community Room (which we pay for access to in our monthly fees) have not been working for MONTHS. I emailed to inquire about it on July 12th. It's August and not only are they not working but I never received a response.

One of the neighbors in the community had their dog off-leash and it attacked me. I notified the office a few minutes after it happened and received no assistance in identifying the person. There are cameras stationed all around, in including near where it happened and they said they couldn't see anything. I was told that since the person scanned their entry, the office should be able to identify them that way, but they came back and said they weren't able to do that either. I emailed the manager about the situation in the moment it happened and she got back to me WEEKS later and the said it was too far back for her to identify the person, even though I did my part by notifying them immediately. Thankfully, I wasn't injured, but imagine if I had been seriously hurt? There's no sense of importance or urgency in relationship to such manners.

We recently had something that can only be described as a fly infestation and I was legit concerned that maybe a neighbor or something was deceased in the area. I emailed management about that, also weeks ago, and NEVER got a response.

They have been "short-staffed" for months and instead of hiring, they just use the fact that they're short-staffed as the reason so many things fall through the cracks.

It wasn't always like this. When the office was fully staffed, the TVs were working and management (or someone) always replied to any messages or questions.

Cleaning on the property is iffy. There was a HUGE spiderweb in the hallway indoors and nobody even touched it until I took a pic of it and showed it to the office, but the cleaning lady is in the area a few times a week and essentially just kept walking past it.

I don't think it's a bad property. I think the 8ssues are just very poor communication and equally poor follow-through.

It has been great experience living at West Love. The property is in a convenient location, in close proximity to Uptown Dallas. Carlesha and the leasing team are very professional and personable. Anytime I have work orders the maintenance team is quick to respond and the management team is very thorough with ensuring my needs are met. I highly recommend living here if you’re looking for a place in close proximity to downtown.

Would be nice if some residents stopped bringing in 20 loud people who definitely don’t live here to the pool at 9: 30pm when some of us who actually pay to live here have to sleep so we can make it to work lol…. I honestly wouldn’t mind at all if they would respect the fact that this is not a public pool and is quite literally our home.be mindful of the residents around you.

West Love is a hidden gem! The manager and staff are very friendly and the community is absolutely beautiful. The community is conveniently located near Dallas Love Field and the Medical District. I highly recommend this amazing community.

Tori is great! I was out of town and she gladly secured my very large packages while I was away! She keeps me up to date on everything going on in the community! Def would recommend West Love as love as she’s there!

Horrible property management company. AVOID at all costs. They have zero integrity when it comes to managing the finances of their residential property. It needs a complete overhaul starting with Meaghan. If the owner reads this PLEASE get rid of her and investigate how she deals with residents. Completely incompetent top down. They lie so much and are greedy will take money from you and then say you still owe more. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

This property is absolutely gorgeous. I initially was looking at the 2bd unit for a for a family member, but after Tori showed me the property it made be want to look for me. She was friendly and very welcoming as soon as I walked in. Overall i enjoyed viewing all of the amenities and I'm hoping to show my family this property in person soon.

EV chargers keep getting vandalized supposedly by a current resident. While I understand this is not a fault of the office staff, I feel that effective measures have not been put in place. I solely chose this complex due to being able to charge my car. Opting to use the chargers outside of the complex run me $8/per 2 hours of charging. They haven’t attempted to put out cameras, as this “resident” is vandalizing community property with no repercussions. This resident is putting super glue in the chargers and could very well damage a car and have very expensive repairs to deal with. This is a crime, and it should be dealt with. If the chargers are not up and running, I feel that it’s reason to break a lease. My car needs to be charged in order for me to use it and while not necessarily the properties fault, I am not going to pay for outside charging for another year if this is not dealt with. Take measures to fix this please, thank you.

This review is more about a resident that currently lives at West Love, he has destroyed property at this apartment complex. The office staff can't do anything so I'm making a public comment.

" All of us EV owners know it was you Ash that put super glue in all the charging stations 2 TIMES because you couldn't get the spot you wanted. I've seen you yell at the office staff over the charging stations. I've seen you yell at individuals over the charging stations. No one else would be crazy enough to put super glue and destroy property that doesn't belong to you, but you. WE ALL KNOW ITS YOU. We've all talked about it, ESPECIALLY after you did it NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE NOW. WE ARE DETERMINED TO CATCH YOU AND WE ARE WATCHING AND LOOKING OUT.
