21 The parking situation here suck. When the gates are fixed (and that is almost never) residents are made to use an app to open the gate and the app takes forever to load, if it even works in the first place. Also the towing here is Horrible. If you have guest over, it's best to register their car before they arrive because them being parked in th GUEST PARKING AREA without being register can get you towed even if we're only parked for a minute. And the apartment managers will not help you.
The amenities are nice but no one ever uses them and even though they are supposed to be opened hours, management will randomly lock them after office hours without notice.
The staff are nice but are slow. Every request we have asked for has taken days or even weeks to be handled and a lot of times they do not come to you, you have to stay on top of them.
Location is nice but if you don't like noise from airplanes and construction. Do not move here
