Whataburger, Plano TX

Almost perfect. Had missing fries few times. At the same time when I was picking up online order an associate checked and noticed my order was missing sauce and napkins so he added right away

Only whataburger in the ENTIRE state of Texas you have to have an I. Q smaller than your shoe size to work at. 90% of the time, I kid you not, they will mess your order up or straight up do not give you what you PAID for!

For the second time in 10 days I got home and the apple pies I ordered and paid for were missing from my order. I love Whataburger, but they're beginning to provide service like a McDonald franchise. So disappointing!

Soo good. Very consistent with their food. They’re chicken strip sandwich is by far my favorite.

Bad food, always cold by the time they give it to you at the drive thru. Going to have to give up on this Whataburger.

Me: I want a Spicy Whatachicken sandwich plain and dry, add Whatasauce.

3 iq employee: ok, so you don't want it dry then. Dry means no sauce.

Me: Well I'm telling it to you like that because I don't want mayo on it which is what comes on the sandwich. I don't want anything on the sandwich except Whatasauce.

Can you guess what the 3iq employee put on the sandwich anyways?

Placed a curbside order here today, sat in the reserved parking space, checked in, sat for 30 minutes, called the store to inquire about my order, then they immediately walked out with my cold food. As the manager handed me the bag, he quickly walked away. Talk about customer service

Not from the south so we love having Whataburger. Great meal for the cost and love its open 24/7

Service was friendly, avocado burger was void of any real flavor with barely any noticeable avocado, less than a spoonful added. I had not been to a Whataburger in a long time, such a disappointment.

Whatburger! It's a friggin Texas staple. This location is typically really good. Always hot always fresh.

This is our favorite Plano Whataburger! Fast, friendly service and great food. Special requests are always accurate. But fries have gotten way too salty over the last few months.

Always a big battle for top Burger spot in Texas between WhataBurger and in-and-out Burger.my vote is WhataBurger!

Food could have come faster, place was somewhat clean, but the bathroom was pretty disappointing.

Had the burgers here a few times. They tend to be greasier than burgers at other locations from experience. Drive through is pretty fast

Slow in service but always make sure you get what’s yours and that it’s fresh you can tell the manager cares

Bad location I guess. 2 times now I’m ordered a soggy patty melt. Some stores I get the crispy buttery bread and here it’s just soggy

Ordering was ok, restaurant cleanliness was passable. Food received was warm, not hot. Probably sitting around for quite some time. Burger was kind of bland (standard Whataburger with cheese). Chicken strips were good.
