Whataburger, Plano TX

Love them TX burgers. We have been to this location many times. One of our three favorite burger places for us in Collin County. On this visit three different youth baseball teams came for lunch at same time. Busy place but staff seemed to handle it well. Staff quickly cleaned up when the teams left.

I love whataburger but this location is just ridiculous. I told The girl taking orders in the drive through how I wanted my order 3 times and she still got it wrong. I waited in line for 15 minutes for a cold burger that tasted like it was 4 days old and cold fries. Never going back.

Got my order wrong twice in one week. First I ordered 3 meals and they forgot the fries on one of them. Then I ordered 2 meals and they gave us the completely wrong order. It was actually the person in front of us because we heard them order it. Ridiculous. It’s not that hard and it’s literally their one job.

Ordered the latest swiss burger by specifically mentioning that no meat patty should be put on it as I am vegetarian. Repeated that there should be no meat in my food atleast 3-4 times. Went back home and opened the burger to see a beef patty on it! Called the shop, no apologies, no proper response. They just asked me to come back and get it exchanged. Drove back 4 miles just to get this exchanged. No proper apologies in the store as well. 'Someone would have done it' was their answer!

We have been to this restaurant many times as it is very close to our house. The place is just a typical fast food restaurant. One time an employee dropped the burger meet on the floor and then picked it up and served it to a customer - I was shocked to see how careless this employee was!

Don’t try out your new app pmt system during morning drive time. And don’t be rude to customers when you and your 2 guys in the drive thru line F it up.

Always get the same thing. Grilled chicken sandwich. Low in calories and the zesty sauce is awesome. They changed their recipe at a time, but now they changed it back. Good thing too, since I was about to write them off

Great hamburgers, great chicken sandwiches, great malted milkshakes! Just like old fashioned ones.

They got my order wrong via an honest mistake but they were super helpful and got me my right order and it tasted amazing

Service is horrible, stopped. Going here for a while cause they used to get my order wrong. Went again today and they forgot my hash browns so im not going back to this location again.

Food tasted good. Called my order number so I could go to the counter for my food. Order was for a drive through customer. They brought me mine but it wasn't correct. Half the tables had garbage on them. Trash full at drink counter. Floors dirty. Only a couple employees doing any work, the rest just stood around chatting with each other. I was the only customer there so there's no reason for any of the stuff mentioned above to be like it was other than to say "managed poorly and staff needs to be replaced".
