Whataburger, Houston TX

For a whataburger they are kind of slow. Did not have coffee last week because the machine was broken. Overall nothing bad but not great.

Slowest most unprofessional drive thru system ever. In line to order for 10 mins and trapped so you can’t leave and then another 13 mins waiting for food to be delivered.
Needs new management or an area manager that can make things happen.

Anyone who works overnight and want to get food for their lunch break, don't go to this place. For whatever reason, the line takes 30+ minutes to get through. I even ordered online thinking that'll help. Nope. Food is good of course, it better be. But the wait time? For a fast food restuarant? Horrible. I can have two broken legs and somehow move faster than the crew in there.

The customer service was one of the worst that I ever experienced form the cashier to management.

If there was a zero star I would have definitely picked. I have given this location many chances since they are close to my house. Second the times they have messed up my order they didn't correct it when I addressed them. At this point its ridiculous the staff does not care about their customers and what they order.

This location has a tiny parking lot, makes it a pain but whataburger is too damn good to care.

Ask fgor an egg on my burger at lunch time.he told me it wasn't breakfast time. I thought at the big W u could get whatever u want made to order

The service at this location is really good. The manager greets you and makes sure everything is ok.

Great, friendly service from people working on Thanksgiving. I had Chicken Strips, fries and a drink. All was to expectation. Dining room was clean.

Service was to slooow and confusing they were not paying attention i asked for a large coffe and had to wait for 6mins.after all they served me a large coke.well that was mu decition to stop by. No body forced me lol

The hashbrowns on my eggs taquitos are very very hard and old and that missed up both of my taquitos even though I was in drive thru lane for 20 minutes

Came at night and waited for a while, I think they forgot about my order and had to go back up and ask. Food was good though

The food is great but 1 stat for customer service. They won't even be busy and they rush you, don't even give you a sec to think or ask someone what else they want. Everytime I come here it's the same B. S.

What can you say, it's one of the best burgers around!

Lots of choices. Cooked to order. Hot and ready pretty quick. Quality and quantity is always there.

If you have never been to Texas, don't overlook this place as an obscure fast-food joint. On the contrary, this establishment has unique Texan food that is loved by both Texans and visitors. The spicy chicken barbeque sandwich is a must and be sure to slap on some spicy ketchup and gravy for good measure. Enjoy.

It was a good visit overall. I had a late lunch in the afternoon hoping to get cooled down at the dining area, but it warm inside. Whataburger doesn't disappoint when it comes to their food. The front area was out of unsweet tea.

The food was great and I got served extremely fast! They messed up my order and let me keep the whole meal that they gave me by accident. The person at the window was very apologetic and made sure I was taken care of. This has always been one of the best Whataburgers in town.

I ordered the cranberry apple grilled chicken salad and the attendants were too lazy to cut up an apple luckily I checked my bag before I drove off in the Drive-Thru and I was like there's no apples so they cut up a apple u totally bad

Came in at 5 AM, They had just open the doors and the bathroom smelled of urine and had no paper towns

Just Whataburger, although it's always hard to hear the staff on the speaker, and the print is very small on the sign. And no I'm not THAT old.
