Whataburger, Houston TX

Food always comes out fresh and tasty here. I can tell the difference between this Whataburger from the othets. I gave it 4 stars because if you order something complex you may face some issues. But I hadn't had problems for a while so go for it.

Just stopped by. Cashier wanted to argue with me about what I really wanted instead of just punch in the order I've been placing for twenty years. What poor customer service. I left without ordering.

For fast food it's one of the best. The order came out a little wrong but it was ok. Love the 24 hour service and breakfast starting at 11pm.

Had a Breakfast Platter with a side of Pancakes two eggs made my stomach sick they must be fake. Service was Super however that was the only Plus.

The young lady at the register was courteous and took our order. She was very nice. The lady who brought the food was very nice. However, the music was loud and was soul music. Not fitting for the area or clientele.

This is a solid store, and I drive right by my neighborhood Wataburger to visit this location. What a difference management and crew can make. The food is consistently good and my orders are always right.
The drive thru is awkward and sometimes blocks the traffic from Westpark. Frustrated patrons should not hesitate to walk in. It's a nice clean store.

So Whataburger is supposed to do this keto friendly burger, where there's no bun. I asked for that and they sounded confused and when my order came it had no bun, but it wasn't wrapped in lettuce like I asked. I also paid extra for bacon and avocado. Received no avocado and very little bacon. I was so angry because it's not like I was going to drive back and ask for lettuce and avocado. I kept the receipt. Not that the extra dollar is a big deal, just principle.

Took 15 minutes to get my food at drive thru. One egg and cheese biscuit, 1 egg and cheese taquito, and 1 order of hash browns. Seems like every car in the drive thru had to wait 5-10minutes for their food after payimg.

Whatmore can I say than.it's Whataburger! Great burgers, friendly staff and clean dining room!

Great always the best hamburgers but my food was cold when I first got but they made it right over for me

Since it took until the THIRD try to get my order right, a 3 star rating seems appropriate. The quality of the food once it was finally correct was good. If you eat at this location, check your order cafefully.

20min to get to window w/2 cars in front of me. Another 20min to get food. Forgot to include my burger. Wth?

Located off hwy 59 and post oak area.

Parking is plentiful but you do need to use extreme caution getting in and out of parking lot as it is extremely congested and there is road work.

Inside is well lit and spacious.
Restrooms well kept.

We were there because headphones had fallen apart and we had purchased the extra warranty. An actual problem with quality.

Service at the problem desk was fast and extremely helpful. They did honor our extended warranty, but were kind enough to let us know they switched insurance carriers and do not buy another extended warranty because this new insurance carrier was not honoring warranties the same way.

Service at this location has always been outstanding, and they have always honored there products.

I am sad they have chosen to go a cheaper way that will cause problems getting service or exchanges on faulty equipment.

Always busy. Very tight spots, I don't like coming to often during lunch rush. Pretty helpful and very clean

Service is poor. They do not understand the concept of "fast" in fast food. The employees took about 15 minutes to get me my order.
