Whataburger, Houston TX

As usual the food is great, but the customer service is really bad. There were 4 employees socializing in front of the register and I was waiting to get my order. The cashier was rude and didn't care about service. The floor and the tables were dirty. It is one of the worst location that I never visited.

Placed an order for pickup at 1125 pm. Arrived to pickup at the designated time Told " we dont have it youll have place an order. My response forget it.

They treated us wonderfully. We had to hang out there and we were MORE THAN WELCOME! THANKS WATABURGER STAFF @WESTHIEMER HOUSTON, TX.

Horrible experience. Associate in drive-thru had no personality, no gratitude for my business, just mumbled as he handled my transaction. Then he turns his back to me, amd leans against the window as he's waiting on my order to be filled.

Burger was soggy, couldn't even finish it. And fries, overcooked, to a crisp. You can see in the pic.

Not the Whataburger I grew up with.

I haven't had any issues with this location aside from 1 mix up with my order. Everything is hot and fresh. Texas staple with great burgers and shakes.

The curbside pick up is very slow, we waited over 30 minutes. The manager is not aware of the curbside orders. If the manager is aware he is ok with not serving the customer. I don't recommend this location.

Ordered ahead for curbside pickup. After waiting 30 minutes had to go inside to realize they never started my order. When I was handed my food I was missing half the items. On top of that the burger I got was wrong. Seemed like the same thing was happening to multiple other people during my time at that location as well.

I stop by here all the time Lachanda and the rest of the staff are always friendly. I always have a good experience here.

Best Whataburger close to me. They get the order right and are more friendly than the one on Shepherd. Not as busy also.

The employees that waited on us were super people and made is feel like we want to come back to that location

What can I say - this lovely establishment has saved me after many long nights of hitting up Westheimer on the weekends.

The hamburger was not freshly cooked to Whataburger standards, I was very disappointed of this location.

Clean honest burgers that taste good.
Love it. Place was Clean and the service was prompt. Courtious and friendly staff that greet you, as you walk in.

Food is ok! Staff is mostly friendly! But I've frequented this establishment off and on over the years and I've noticed repeatedly how that friendliness fluctuates depending on your skin color! And I'll leave it there.

Honey chicken biscuit was incredible! First time ever visiting one. Was well worth it, would come back!

Smallish on the inside but staff is friendly. Nice place for breakfast or the burger.

WB is a Texas institution shop you know what to expect going in. Fast food sometimes slow because it's made to order.

Coffee shake is great when they have it.

I had the bacon whataburger. It was OK, but I didn't see a difference between the burger from there vs a McDonald's burger other than the size.

The drive thru takes for ever. Why is it so slow? You have a better chance going inside and order your food to go

Love this Whataburger in particular because late at night this one is like a Hidden Gem the drive-thru goes a lot faster than the other ones and the staff is super friendly
