27It's a Whataburger. What are you even looking at this for? Get a double with jalapeños and cheese already.
Fast service, some employees are better than others. Accurate orders friendly attitude for the most part. Food is fresh and tastes good. Attitude of some of the employees is the only negative.
This whataburger is usually perfect with both food and service. But this trip, they failed on service. Ordered two burgers, one of which was perfect, the other was not made per my instructions so I had to go back and sit thru the drive thru line again. They apologized and gave me the correct burger. I would think the least they could do is give me a refund for the cost of that burger being that I had to wait in line again (inside was closed) but they did not.
Good, relatively quiet place to eat! Service is a focus of the restaurant, and it's noticeably better than many other Whataburgers in the area. Most recent order was during rush hour, the food was as expected, and hot, can't ask for more!
I eat here regularly as a break when I drive Uber and Lyft. They are always friendly and courteous. They've never gotten my order wrong.
Great place for a cup of coffee, cinnamon roll, breakfast Taquito and sweet tea! Great customer service!
The drive through has taken up two 30 mins the last three times I have visited. The staff looks stressed when I finally reached the window. However, my order has been corrected each time.
