Whataburger, Carrollton TX

Had a full staff with no customers inside, but were only taking orders at the window, then fufilling them at the same window. Traffic on 35 moves faster.

Decent. Clearly asked for no cheese.more than once. Figured because of the emphasis, there was no way they'd mess it up. Got home and there was cheese on my sandwich. Cold fries and apple pie. The sweet tea was the only thing worth my time.

Got a curbside order, got there and had to wait 11 min just to get a cold burger, fries and ice in my drink when I chose no ice. This is the 3rd time having issues at this location. I'm done.

It was good as always, but they gave me the wrong sauce for my chicken strip, and forgot a French fry on my order. Didn't know until I was half way down the road home and couldn't turn around.

I can always rely on this Whataburger to taste great and serve me well. Quick shoutout to Jorge for being so kind and efficient!

Will never accept DoorDash orders. Just Jets it sit there waiting to be accepted. Has happened multiple time.

The delivery hours are consistent some times then they're weird. If you order through the app or otherwise, it doesn't matter, you'll get what's on the menu. I ordered thru UberEats, then cancelled after being pushed back 20-25 mins. When I ordered in person, I thought it was fine. Until there was A HAIR in the avocado of my avocado bacon burger. I-. I just can't. I love Whataburger, but this location is horrible. Go to the one on Montford.

I have to wait 15 minute to get my order and it was extra item in my order and missing fry's but the meals was awesome.

I always go here, unfortunately its the only one close to where I live. But I've got into arguments with the drive thru window guy about giving me my change back and he refused to give me $5 back. Said he was to busy and to leave when I didn't even have my food.
Other times I go I tend to always be missing items that I ordered and pay for. I still go but now we order less and less to try and make it easier for our order to be correct.

No matter how hard I tried the lady at the drive-thru could not hear me. Had to go to window and delay my order plus the 7 cars behind me

It’s been 30mins there was only two cars in front of me when I got here only one has gone through still waiting. I thought it was a drive thru not a parking lot very disappointed in the night service.

I used to come here a lot but the last two times were bad experiences. This is my last time eating here. I had plastic in my burger. Not only that, my girlfriend's burger was cold.

Came thru late night & the service was horrible! My order was made incorrectly (which happens often at this location late nights) and instead of making it right (like they usually do), the manager called us liars and handed me the missing parts of my food. What manager speaks over the customer? The female night manager at this Whataburger does. You're better off going hungry.

I am at Whataburger right now and the MANAGER just made somebody's honey butter chicken biscuit with NO GLOVES AT ALL. She is sweeping and everything else with those same hands. Her name is Nadia? Or Nadea? It's hard to see her badge.smdh. If she's doing that the imagine what the employees do! Lead by example. I'm done.

Update: when I was getting my drink I saw the grill cook whom had her hair half out of her hat.

Very rarely am I disappointed in this Whataburger in Carrollton Texas. You can give them specific orders with weird details and they will manage to get it right every time and make it taste good as well. I always visit this Whataburger, because it's close to my friend's house and I like the food there. To me this is a pretty rare experience for Whataburger lately. The service is very friendly and accommodating.

20 minutes for a sandwich at the drive through during a weekday where people have to go to work. Will never go back there.

This place sucks it take them 15min. To make two apple pies then they smart off when u ask them why.

The black guy in the morning taking orders is to busy running his mouth to the other employees than taking care of customers, doesn't do much to comment whataburger its going to do anything

Worst drive thru Time! Literally waited 30mins for my order when it wasn't even busy? Come on get to Chick-fil-A standards!

The place is clean and thé attendans are respectful into the necessity of the language that is necessary. I personaly believe that all bilingual attendants need to get a better pay for their ability to be belinguals.
