Restaurant Whataburger reviews
28This place can go either way. You either get great drive thru service or a crappy one. Food is always good but remember to check your bag to make sure everything is there. Also, ask for ketchup ahead of time because if your unlucky you might get the man that sighs and rolls his eyes. Either way, good food.
It’s a Whataburger! It’s everything you’d expect from a good Whataburger restaurant. It’s clean. The staff is nice. The food is hot. This is the closest Whataburger to my home and I’ve never had a problem here. Reliable, consistent burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries and more. Good stuff.
Love love love this location and it's GM Bill. He is always so upbeat and friendly and runs a tight ship when it comes to his crew. They may get slow at times, but it's not their fault. It is usually when they are crowded. I have had nothing but top notch service here, and the food is always amazing.
This particular location is very fast, friendly service. They go over your order two times to insure accuracy. My taquitos were amazing, hot and fresh with expertly fried hash browns. I only visit them.
Whataburger is our go to place. This location, however, is not up to par. The restaurant wasn't clean. I ordered chicken strips for breakfast, but managed to get dried up instead of the usual freshly cooked. The gravy was watery and spilled out onto the rest of the food packed to go in the same bag.
Friday morning during commute hours, food was fine, service is very slow, at this location. I'll just go to the location a little farther down the road.
Disappointed.
This isn’t the Whataburger I grew up loving.
My first and last visit.
Chicken cranberry apple salad had old discolored, wilted lettuce. Replacement salad had no cranberries, and was delivered without so much as a “sorry about that”
Ordered extra bbq sauce with chicken strips. Didn’t arrive with meal. Had to argue to get it. Since when is BBQ sauce 38 cents?
The only reason I still come to this location is because of Bill Freeman the manager when he is around the food is better and the experience is way better I had a bad experience with a manager named kathy who had the worst attitude I have ever Experienced with a manager when a problems occurred with my order all I got was yelled at through the mike
