Whataburger, Fort Worth TX

Was in the mood for a honey butter chicken biscuit, so I placed an order on the app for the drive thru on my lunch break. Pulled up to restaurant, line is backed all the way out on the street. Initially called to cancel my order because I have a short lunch break and didn't want to be late coming back. Some nice younger girl picked up the phone but I never remembered her name. She was so nice although she told me I had to cancel my app order by calling some number on the app. Instead of letting me go hungry, she asked what was my order and volunteered to bring the order out to me so I wouldn't be late for my lunch break or go without my food I ordered. What a nice gesture, going above and beyond. Whoever you are, because I forgot your name, YOU'RE AWESOME!

The Whataburger on Sycamore School Road & 35 who was cold onion rings when cooked all the way I would not go through that one on Sycamore School Road and 35

The employees in the drive through line need to take some direction from Chick Fil A. I said thank you 3 times and got zero response. Almost like I was a bother.

This location is getting real bad, the last three times I've had problems. Orders are never right. The drive-thru wait has been horrendous every time & even worse since covid started.

I don't give fast food chains 5 stars, but Whataburger deserves as close to 5 as I can give. The breakfast burger has become my current favorite breakfast sandwich and the cinnamon roll is amazing.

Always my go to place. It doesn't matter where they are all good places for a quick bite to eat.

Ppl were cool just seemed pre occupied with some guy that could help them exchange their phones for better phones

This has got to be the slowest Whataburger in the entire DFW. Someone needs to take over this establishment that actually knows what the term “fast food” means!

They had two long lines of cars.during the slowest time of the day, guess what? They were waiting on one at a time.smh. I'll cook my own food from now on.

I live near this location so I've eaten here a few times but stopped going due to the rude staff or the hassle of my order being wrong. It's been several months and my daugter really wanted Whataburger for dinner so I gave this location another shot. I don't know if it's under new management but our visit tonight was great. The staff was attentive, polite and my order/food was perfect.

I love Whataburger best burgers ever. I have not found a burger that beats theirs yet.l am a burger expert.all my life I've loved hamburgers, morning, noon and. 67 years and counting, but I will say this not every store is the same. There are certain locations that are not as good as others. If you are like myself you'll be the judge.

I like this whataburger location and everytime for the most part my food comea out good. Fast food and good burgers or a taquito meal after a night out with the boys! Cant beat that.

I usually come here often and they are on point but this morning when I came, I ordered a sausage breakfast on the bun with double sausage and cheese and only received 1 sausage and no cheese. Wry disappointing when your on the freeway headed somewhere and you get a few miles away only to be let down. Please do better on the early bird shift.

Was literally just there and ordered 5 Taquitos. I asked for extra pincante sauce and the lady working the window stepped away for a couple minutes only to later see that there was the same 3 picante sauce that was in the bag in the first place. I would understand if it was busy and they were in the rush but they weren’t.

Im from Little Rock Ar so my drive would include me in sone parts of Texas to treat myself to a "Whatabuger" i love the burgers i always stop to get me a burger or max dog or taco Whataburger great stop for great fastfood

Best Whataburger ever! Placed a large order just now and the crew that assisted was beyond helpful! Friendly, service oriented, professional.simply the best! Will make a point to frequent this location even if it is out of the way!

Service was slow and IN ACCURATE ON THE FOOD ORDER THAT WAS TAKEN AND THEY WERE NOT EXTREMELY BUSY AT THE TIME

First time i had ever eaten whataburger, was very good. Service was eh.bout the same as every other fast food place.

I ordered the honey butter biscuit combo and my fries were old. And also I had gotten a Apple pie that turned out to be a limon.what I can say is they fixed both problems with no problem and I lef happy
