Food is always freshly cooked to order, never have a problem with them getting my order correct. And the customer service each visit has always been very good. Manager is doing a REALLY GOOD JOB.always consistently a good experience.
Had get out my car late at night to order inside. Cause they closed the drive thru, to wash the parking lot. Not good if that wasn't your plans at first. But the food was good.
They get busy so Patience is a good thing. Especially if the motor Plex is having a event. The staff is nice and work hard. Just wish that people knew what the word respect meant in the dictionary before the went out to eat BC they would show it so these employees could get services done faster so think about that before you go raise Cain about the service
The first time my burger wasn't fresh from Whataburger. Friendly staff, fries were fresh, drink was good but the burger was horrible. We went last night 3.25.18
I got a mushroom swiss that was a new item. Did not realize i was paying eight dollars for it. The coke was flat. This was in Burleson. The big girl that was working the window, did not care in the least. I love the Whataburger on the hwy and in benbrook. The one in Burleson needs a lot of changes made, to make it a good resteraunt.
