Whataburger, Fort Worth TX

It's WHATABURGER.can't be anything less than 5 stars. Seriously, service was spot on and the food was hot and fresh.

01/17/21. Coworkers order breakfast taquito just name a hair on my eggs very disgusting whataburger.

Awesome food, good service. Definitely better than they were previously. Only reason for four stars instead of five is wait time. Understandable wait time for a whataburger, but slightly slow

These workers are disrespectful. Idk what whataburger has come to but management need to do better, but then Again the managers are just as ghetto

This Whataburger is great there fast an precise an the lady cantina that brings the food is great she is a lovely site to a great lunch try it here she is one of the loviest ladies you'll ever meet

Service was slow and food was not all that good. Staff was friendly but restaurant lacks speed and food was not pleasing

I ordered my food last night and waited 30 minutes to get to the window for them to tell me that their credit card machine was down and they were only accepting cash. Shouldn't we be told that before wasting time and ordering food? Asking for a friend.

Stopped by after midnight for a burger, most of the employees do not care! I was the only one inside so i watched the show: the boyfriend of employee coming inside to flirt, half of the employees on their phone spending time while on the clock on social media, what a waste of payroll.

Wish I could give them a zero because I waited 20 minutes for my food and all of it was cold. On top of all my order was wrong. EAT HERE IF YOU DARE

This location is usually slow, which is okay because the bar for fast food isn't to high in this area. But now the also fail to understand the distance between "only" and "no. " In short this particular Whataburger is garbage and best avoided.

Great customer service at the drive thru. Food is fantastic. Please make your bacon slightly more crispy, sometimes it can be soggy.

Disgusting. We sat there and watched 5 employess (including the shift lead) wear the same pair of gloves tje whole time. Touching the counter, the computer, handling money, touching door knobs, pens, trays, order numbers, then touching food. Never eating there again. Thanks for opening our eyes.

Food is always great, but it never fails when I get breakfast in the early morning around 6 it takes so long to get your order.

Service is great, friendly employees. Only bad thing is it stinks in that area! Like raw sewage, right over there & by the AMC

Each and every time i visit this location my order is wrong or i has items missing. They NEVER put gravy in my strips. The staff alway have a Attitude. This location is not up to whataburger standards. I blame the Franchise owner.

Dining area clean. Employees were nice and they got our order right. For some reason they forget to put onions on the Justaburger even though it's supposed to come with it. Make sure you check your order before you leave.

This whataburger on Hulen is the best Whataburger ever i get awesome service, i get hot food and all the people there are nice. Specially the Manager Charles he is an awesome MGR.when he isn't busy hellping his crew.he come out to the lobby and talks to his Customers. Keep up the awesome work MR. Murphy

Glad to see good comments about this location BUTTTT I myself did not have a good experience. One my order was incomplete when I got home & 2 not sure it it was a joke but I found 2 pieces of thick hair on my sons food! GROSS!

I am really impressed with their breakfast and free drink for Senior citizens. It's better than McDonald's and the dine Experience is excellent. Thank you

I visit often Hulen location. Friendly staff, always clean and order is made to perfection. The manager Charles does an excellent job with supervision of his crew members.
