Slowest drive-through service I have ever experienced and I had to remind them of my order at least 3 times.
Screwed in the drive thru, charged for large fries, didn't check till i got jome, no fries. Will never return to this location.
I came in 230am Rolona put a smile on my face she has a great attitude an took care of me. Her customer service is outstanding as a matter fact the whole team has a great customer service engery an really enjoys their job. Awsome place. This one on Hulen in Ft worth Tx is doing it right
This location sucks. Period. They are always slow. So if you want to wait 15 minutes for just two meals then this is the place to go. The food isn't all that fresh either for the $20 you're spending on those meals. And I am not exaggerating when I say 15 minutes.
My prengant wife wanted a root beer float and I called up here to see if they served them and they said no but they said they would make it anyways. So happy wife happy life!
This location has the slowest service I've ever experienced with Whataburger and I wouldn't mind it if they would just get the orders right. Over the last six months I've had to redo my order every single time because an item was missing or they got the wrong items on my order, and it's usually cold by the time I do get the correct order back. It's a shame that I have to drive twice as far to get to a location that can give me my order correctly the first time without a prolonged wait.
The GM at this store should be fired he is concomitant and rude. I am saddened that he was Whataburgers pick to represent there store. That being said this store is trash going off the GM of course. I hope this helps you have a blessed day
So how about the food sucked! My food was cold and greasy. My cheese wasn't melted and the inside wasn't clean. Thank God for Mrs. Charlene otherwise I would've clowned.

Whataburger meal ordered. Kids and employees goofing off together. Maybe that why my to go order had Mayo on it. It was not the drive through that i ordered from it was in person. How do you mess up a number 1 meal.
Ordered a double Whataburger with cheese and only received one cheese on it. I asked for a spicy sause and girl just had spicy ketchup. What happened to all the sauces they advertise? Lies, I tell you.nothing but lies. But we love Whataburger:) -Efamily
