I asked her for my order and she told me 5 more minutes (latin girl), wait outside and there were several young black men without a mask inside.you can't argue with a cashier with that intelligence. I was wearing a mask. She need more training.

If I could leave zero stars I would! I'm not the type of person to leave nagtive reviews or comments but the lady who answers the phone is super disrespectful. We called trying to place an order and the lady said you would have to pay over the phone. I told her I would pay with cash at the store. She said sorry and hung up. Then after my co-worker called and did the same. Then my co-worker said lets talk to the manager. She said she was the "manager". I'm a manager of my store and I know I try to help my costumer.

This is honestly the best wing place around I am absolutely in love with their food whenever I go out and get food this is where I go

There phone customer service needs much improvement. Hopefully they don't scare too many customers away.

Slow as can be, not wearing face masks properly, on their personal phone instead of getting orders ready, just horrible service.

They cheated me out of my full order and when I called them to let them know, the lady that answered just held the phone. They are so very unprofessional.

They take too long to get a order ready. I call 30 minutes before arriving and the order was not ready. I had to wait another 20 minutes to gett my order. Very desperate to be waiting that long after ordering by phone.

Rude staff from the employees to the manager. Horrible location, tried the location a few times and it's always a problem. Heights location is so much better. Avoid this location if you prefer great customer service.

After a long day at work I just wanted some crispy tenders.and when I called to placed 2 orders I wanted 1 combo with 3 hot lemon pepper and 2 garlic parmesan. And the other combo just buffalo. The guy who took my order flat out told me NO. That i can only choose 1 flavor that's all. So I didn't make a big deal I just said okay. I told him to make 1 combo lemon pepper and the other buffalo. When my husband came back with the food the tenders were uncooked and they were all the same flavor! The tenders were soggy and just disgusting. Never again!

I bought 20 wings and only got 1 cup of ranch. This mf wanted to charge me for an extra cup of ranch. I should already get 2 cups of ranch for buying 2 wings

For this to be my first time eating at WING STOP I won’t be coming back to this damn store! Nothing but YOUNG ass kids in there not doing NOTHING! Tried calling for an hour and a half so I can pick up for lunch and head back but phone is still busy.and when I do order they take half an hour to an hour to make the food

When me and my family went to wing stop I got sick. When we walk in they was looking at us strange and laughing they put something in our food.my head been hurting for a while now, they do not like black people so be very careful eating there. I will go to my doctor on tomorrow

I did a review on last night on your wing stop.on 4400 North fwy. I had the wrong location. Please Disregard correction. The location was 2802 N Shepherd dr.and 610 fwy.they hurt blacks

Everyone was friendly but they are TOO slow. It took them 30 minutes to complete an order for a 6 piece combo and when I did get my food the fries were burnt.

I love wingstop but just at the specific location today i tried to call in and order my wings over the phone and for some reason i was told they dont have the brazil citrous wings but all the other stores have them and I waa stopped in the middle of my sentence when i was trying to finish ordering n was told to hold on and no one never came back. I kept a positive attitude and tried calling back was told to hold on n no one never returned. No wingstop ever done that to me lol
